Morning. Obviously there was too much chocolate / HBF action last night, because it certainly doesn't feel like I had a good night sleep. And this today sees the return of the FridayMorningExerciseClass I shall flop about feebly, and lie on the floor twitching in lieu of crunches and planks.

In other news, I have finally worked out why the chicken's food has been vanishing much faster than expected. The sodding rats have gnawed a sneaky hole in the floor of the chicken house. FFS
There's a rat in my hen-house what am I going to do? there's a rat in my hen-house what am I going to do... etc.
Current thinking involves either lining the floor with sheet metal (that'll blunt their teeth somewhat) Or tiling the floor of the coop, because if I'm already tiling and cutting tiles I might as well cover anything that doesn't move Not that I am already tiling and cutting tiles - I'm thinking about it....
