I had one of those migraine vision disturbances earlier. Then I found I couldn't read, the words seemed all jumbled up so I went outside to clear some leaves up. Then when I came in I felt even more confused and couldn't put thoughts into words. Fortunately DH had gone out for the day so no-one heard it. Dr Google says it's transient aphasia. I'm fine now but it was scary, although I have had it before.

So, it's Jamie tonight. He'd better be naked for the entire episode make up for his non-appearance last week.

apes hope you feel ok now, it could also just have been a migraine aura / migraine without pain. Esp if you got migraines in the past. Ive heard people (including Anne) describe symptoms like that - being totally unable to use the right words etc. Its not ever happened to me that severely, in a short space of time, but I regularly get "brain dead" syndrome before a headache when I struggle to remember normal words and stuff. Must have been v scary cos feels like it could be something really serious.

To be on the safe side get a gp appointment and describe what happened?
