WW - I did the same but fortunately it was at the library, and I spent the whole book going 'I know I've read this but I can't remember exactly what happens....' and I really liked it, so that was ok too. (I also read another book recently which was lovely and fun and happy, and then the author killed someone off and I was utterly traumatised. It was awful. Sad )

Oh FFS - inconvenient cat has just curled up next tp me with his head resting on my left hand.

I want to own Clover's Russian Doll set.

Was going through the film channels. DH is home now and was in the kitchen. I happen across Man from UNCLE, about five minutes before that chess scene. DH walks in and sits himself down just as the scene starts in Ilya's hotel room. Asks if it's okay to turn over so he can check something. I can't really say "can you wait, I just want to watch this scene because he's FAF". FFS.

Man, I haven't seen that new Man from Uncle yet. Or that JLM thing. Or Broadchurch as neighbour not fussed so didn't record the first one. Also DT a bit thin and beardy in that so .....I don't know what I've been doing with my time really.

Thanks for your good wishes. The cardiologist was lovely, I've got a leaky valve and a severely dilated atrium, which I knew already, but it's not really a big deal, just needs to be monitored to ensure it's not getting any worse. It's more an annoyance than anything. It always seems to start up when I go to bed and stops me getting comfortable.

Hope your Mum is ok Badders.
