As above. Another thread of HBF perving appreciation, with an emphasis on these gorgeous specimens...

Pull up a chaise (you might want to check the state of the cover first though) and take a drink from the bar...

Ah yes, you people call it trousers, I've been wwatching to many American TV shows.

FancyFancy · 19/03/2017 21:57

Evening wenches

Cultural afternoon? Er, not exactly Blush
Anyhoo, moving on......

@ letus totally sussing out helen & her snorkelling

Mmmm....Poldark . I have finally persuaded DD to watch Being Human with me. In return I have to watch some trashy historically-inaccurate shite with some men in that she considers hot The downside of raising a mini-wench

I'm with you on linen helen and the temporary pants confusion Grin

LetUsPrey · 19/03/2017 22:25

Which programme is that Fancy? asking for a friend.

I had downloaded series 1-3 of Being Human off iPlayer but, as I suspected, even if you mark them as keep, when they get taken off iPlayer, they get deleted. So they all went last Saturday and I only managed to watch series 1.

SisterHelenoftheEternalCatchUp · 19/03/2017 22:35
Grin

Currently catching up on the Pottery Throwdown.

Aparrently 'cracks have got bigger' and someone was working on getting their hole nice and clean. and I'm please to hear that 'it just goes in'. And that was without me paying full attention. 10/10 for innuendos for this episode.

OP posts:
FancyFancy · 19/03/2017 22:42

It's this one letus

Fuck a doodle do about Being Human disappearing from iPlayer. Think I may have to just get the DVD, what a terrible thing Wink

Well, watching ToTP 1983 & True is no longer no.1 Yay! Instead it's New Edition - nasal Jackson 5 rip-off

SisterHelenoftheEternalCatchUp · 19/03/2017 22:50

Oooooooooooooooh! I have found the leftover custard from tea Grin

I shall stuff my face with that and then head up to the hayloft... night all.
Boo to the idea of working tomorrow.

Pottery Throwdown was excellent as always Helen. When Keith asks Ryan if he's quite playful, I can't work out if Ryan just completely deadpans back with his answer "I am quite playful, I like to explore and experiment" or if he totally misses Keith's slight innuendo in his question? Grin

That looks interesting Fancy. Erm, I mean friend will find it interesting. And yes, I might get Being Human on DVD too.

FancyFancy · 19/03/2017 22:52

Fucking excellent find helen Grin Why not take it up to the hayloft with Athos?

SisterHelenoftheEternalCatchUp · 19/03/2017 23:22

Didn't get as far as bed due to DS homework stuff that I hadn't stuck into the 'homework book'.

I'll be breaking open another bale of hay for tomorrow Blush

OP posts:
FancyFancy · 19/03/2017 23:39

I should imagine that most of the current bale is already stuck to a custard-covered Athos helen Hmm

LetUsPrey · 20/03/2017 07:57

Morning wenches.

I suspect Helen and Athos ended up back in the bath house. They'll have need to wash off all the stickiness. By which I mean custard of course.

Weeing it down here. I'm tired. Hope wenches who were feeling poorly are feeling better.

FancyFancy · 20/03/2017 08:27

Morning wenches

I do hope that was custard........Hmm

LetUsPrey · 20/03/2017 08:32

As much as I'd love to stay, I'd better chivvy DS2 up and get a move on. Laterz wenches

SisterHelenoftheEternalCatchUp · 20/03/2017 08:58

Soz! I thought I'd got all the custard cleaned up. Blush

Right, that should clean up the remaining custard and toffee sauce

Meanwhile, in RL: FFAS Angry I just pulled a 'dark' wash out of the machine and there are bits of tissue over everything and it's almost certainly my fault. I'll add that to today's list of extreme annoyances - top of which is working out how to deal with the Death watch beetles that were tapping away downstairs last night If it's not one thing.....

And it's raining here too, so the washing is being draped round the office & bathroom to dry.

Commiserations on the beetles & the tissue helen Sad

Comtess · 20/03/2017 09:16

Yo wenchi

Yesterday was a write off day - really tired from nocturnal rugby traumas. It did help that Ireland 🇮🇪 won. I shouldn't be petty but it made Mr C slightly grumpy too so it was all easier to swallow .

I'm all up to date on Homeland Fancy so let me know when you want to pop into Quinn's Cupboard to discuss.

Helen argh about tissue in wash. One of my most hated things Evs.

Also DW Beetles - Uncle C (the younger) had them in his cottage in Yorkshire. Very old Oak I'm guessing? In the end the key advice was zapping the emerging adults as beams were so solid. Is there a damp issue anywhere? I'm sure Steve Backshall would find the noise fascinating but I always found it a bit creepy.

SisterHelenoftheEternalCatchUp · 20/03/2017 09:27

comtess!
Did I still manage to miss some custard? sorry - things got a little messy and slippery so... Hmm Grin
Would you like me to cook up some more?

I think the DWB came in with some firewood - god knows when though, because we're not in the dining room that often and if DH/DS are up and about the house wouldn't be quiet enough to hear them. I don't mind the noise actually - I just have an image of these concussed little beetles trying to get laid Grin But DH is not quite so relaxed about the whole thing. One lot of advice is to use one of those UV fly catchers, but if they're in the floorboard joists we'll have to leave the boards up to get the critters. We're just going to have to get the boards up to see what's going on I think.... poop.

self-medicates with FAF....

In with the firewood? Bloody unlucky there.

I'll take a dose of those meds you have there though. Hopefully they'll bring on a nice Strike dream.....

ApricotCrush · 20/03/2017 13:49

Afternoon wenches.

So, DH had to go to the dentist this morning as a filling fell out and he had a temporary one put in. He was advised to be careful when eating lunch so said he'd have soup. Now I don't usually do soup, but had a rummage in the back of the cupboard and found a tin which was a bit out of date 2004. It'll be alright won't it? Hmm He said it tasted fine but to check on him at 3 o-clock as he has to go and pick up DGS. Shock

Good luck with the death watch beetles Helen.

Nice trousers WW. I have loads of linen ones, but they are a bugger to iron.

Look forward to curtain reporting Bads.

ApricotCrush · 20/03/2017 13:52

Oh, any news about the job yet Madame?
