Just a quick question for us lurkers;
FlappysMammy has an adoptive dragon son called Flappy. HappyFlappy I think most of us presumed was said dragon, now we know that this is not the case and HappyFlappy is a female (of unknown species as of yet) with an adopted dragon son, is HappyFlappy the same person as FlappysMammy using her childs name/named her child after herself, or are they different people who happen to both have adopted dragon kids, or is FlappysMammy someone who just calls her human? offspring the same as their dragon offspring?

I think they are all dragons and we'll never find out how they are related, Lurker. I mean, they hide their sex, maybe they are a bit shy about their species, too? Or, as suggested earlier, HappyFlappy has hit the bottle and isn't quite sure who she is at the moment.

I think HappyFlappy is FlappysMammy who is human. She is also a (heretical) PopeInExile (switzerland) so she can supply Toblerone and miscellaneous religious rites and services (for a small fee). Flappy was the sole survivor from a clutch of eggs, possibly half-human hybrids though the parentage was shrouded in some mystery. Unfortunately the others were confitted and scoffed by various humans inc HF.

And 'paxillin' is PrinceMortificado who CBA to keep up with namechanging in disguise, eccentrically, as what might be described as a sticky protein (which looks remarkably like those pretty ribbons upthread.)

I am indeed Flappy's mammy, former Pope, subsequently and Pope in exile, and once Real Young Pretender to the Mortificado throne.

I don't believe so. The kid did once raise the question but we evaded it. I'm afraid you're just making gendered assumptions based on educational and career attainments (yeah, #soproud) and the strange habit humans have of considering male as the default. Dragons, for reasons which I hope you now appreciate, avoid this!
