I know Fancy. We have to keep on top of it otherwise she gets matted. In the early days she had to be anaesthetised twice and shaved which was very upsetting for her and us. She once went to a grooming parlour but came back traumatised. I take about five days and wait for her to come to me. I do it very gently, so she trusts me. DD just doesn't have the time.
