Soz LetUs, am too busy working (and stressing over not having done my own shopping and card writing, let alone packing!)

I haven't done any exercise for days now either The stepper has broken (my vast bulk has caused the metal to tear, and the 'steps' are more like tiptoes) and I haven't been on the bike for about 4 days.

Is your stepper made out of paper held together with sticky tape? Can't think how else you could have broken it. I've not been to my exercise class for about three or four weeks now. Starting again in the new year.

I have been cultural today. As what you should do when you're behind on your Christmas prep is to spend the afternoon at a Picasso exhibition at the National Portrait Gallery & then go out for dinner.

Got yanked away from my computer at 11pm last night by DH complaining that DS had woken him up because DS had stomach ache, so please could I come up and sort him out...

DS then proceeded to keep me awake (on and off) until gone 3am, including yakking up at 2am.

I am feeling somewhat trashed. And have a stomach ache . Hopefully I will get it out the the system today since am meant to be in BigCity tomorrow for work and fortunately DH is at home this morning so I can stagger about looking sorry for myself.

I have two works Xmas dinners lined up this week... wonder if my colleagues want vomiting-stomach-ache-lurgy.

In festive news, we have a tree up, with lights on. And Stupid Cat attempted to kill the pile of tinsel again yesterday - and also attacked the lights while DH was putting them up. I'm not sure how long our tree will last this year....

Morning Afternoon all.

I have a cat in the house. She's come for her two-monthly hack trim. I've never seen fur grow so quickly on a cat, she looks like one of those long-haired sheep. She's currently asleep on the bed.

I've washed my hair this morning Helen. The excitement never starts here. Hope DS is feeling better.

Still not washed hair - it truly manky (Unless any HBFs are passing, in which case it looks like a freshly-washed Timotei advert )
