mlg It can be really horrible at first because we are programmed to want sugar and it's really addictive. I completely cut it out, except for green leafy veg and salad, so no bread or pasta (which I can't eat anyway) nor rice and potatoes.
There are times when it's really difficult not to eat it and some people get flu like symptoms (I have done in the past) so I think you have to be in the right frame if mind so that you can stick to it IySWIM?
However once that goes and i start feeling better or more in control I feel sooooo much better. Like I'm alive not existing.
