I am FREAKING out.

DH accepted a job today in our home country. We have told the kids. I have to tell work tomorrow.

He is starting in January. The DC and I will finish out the school year, sell the flat and follow.

Freaking out doesn't cover it actually. Fuck fuck fuck.

End of April on the terrace at Somerset House might be a bit iffy, SweetBabyJebus. I mean, it could be fab weather or it could be pissing down with rain! Although we could sit under the giant awning! July might be better for the terrace though - totally up to Hearts to decide.

April somewhere else - close to one of the stations - Waterloo or London Bridge or Victoria or something.

April's good here - July might be a tad tricky.

The house (flat? maisonette?) is on the market and we had a second viewing today! Lots of other viewings in the past week or two, so hopefully something good will come of it. If you promise not to judge me and you are interested, PM me and I will send you the link to the rightmove listing. I am vair proud of how neat and tidy the place looks in the photos

Poor DH is feeling quite lonely and missing us a lot. I feel really guilty that I am not missing him as much but to be perfectly honest I am so busy I don't really have time to pine away.

The hardest thing for me at the moment is that we are recruiting my replacement at work - first interviews of the long list are on Thursday this week. I don't mind any of that, but the thought of someone sitting at my desk IN MY OFFICE is doing my head in!!!!

Now SweetBabyJebus has been on at me to start a thread in Meet Ups about the, well, meet up in April. I have been looking at dates to see if there was another one other than the 23rd April because magi and Fru can't make it but all the other weekends through the end of May are already bleeding booked up.
