I was out up the coast yesterday with the boys. We had a lovely day at the seaside in Cushendun. Fish and chips, sandcastles and all that stuff.

I've been working a bit today, coughing as usual, cooked a casserole and baked scones. Now time for the couch and the telly

Oh god, I am sooooooo hungry! I've been on a 'diet' since Thursday and I'm already wanting to kill myself . I need to lose weight before my operation so at least I've got a good motivator. I can't stick to anything too sever so I'm going down the 'cut out treats' road. So, still had a sandwich yesterday, but no crisps. Had a chicken salad for lunch, no bread. That kind of thing. I just really want cake now
