Favourite dead author book: The Count of Monte Christo. I reckon if they cast him in the picture as Dante it would be beyond ovary popping. Carefully selected pictures that demonstrate his credentials.

Living author book: has to be by Louis de Bernieres (obv) but I am torn between Birds Without Wings where I reckon there are roles for all of them or Señor Vivo and the Coco Lord where I refer you to the fine specimen herewith.

P.S. Mouse, I love Love In The Time of Cholera. We can remake the film with Aramis and D'Artagnan as the two love interests and I will selflessly volunteer to be Fermina.

So strange to think of an actor refusing to do anything rudey these days. Especially as I do see the mel Gibson film as extremely rudey. I had to watch it with fil and it was excruciating (I had decided to watch it when on TV to see what fuss was about and fil said he would watch with me as it was a bit horrible. So did not "have to" as such. Quite intested in idea of religion and religious art generally but that film was weird)
