I do know I need to look after myself.
I will talk to Dh tonight. He is incredibly supportive and puts my health first.
But I have been monitored twice before. It isn't THAT fruitful.
I think we can support me / help me in better ways.
I have no family near and no support network whatsoever. Please don't underestimate how difficult that makes things.

I will talk to Dh. See if we can get something sorted.

I really think you'd tell us to sort out our health, that if we aren't as healthy as we can be, our family as well as ourselves would suffer. I think you'd tell us that our dh's would and should be able to cope and that the thought of it is scarier than the reality.
And to go and do what our dr suggested.
