helen since I ditched the preschool job I decided that my day off was going to be all about MOI. Productive and full of personal development activities and healthy stuff to combat migraines. So I do yoga, then guitar lesson, then take ds to kiddy rock climbing. Except today cos Im going to chiro.

I haven't been back to rock climbing for myself since I finished the starter course, cos of putting my flippin neck and shoulder out. :( Hence the chiro.

I'm just leaving this here...

madame, you can spray a very dilute solution of washing up liquid directly onto the aphids if you want to avoid harsh chemicals (or brush them off by hand & crush them!). Or if you have ladybirds in your garden, move them onto the sunflower. You can buy ladybirds, or their larvae (or lacewing larvae) by mailorder too.
