I was planning to be productive today, I've a list of jobs as long as my arm, but have ended up on the phone to my energy company instead. When we moved here we inherited npower, which is a company that seems to have been spawned in the depths of Hades, so we switched...however there was a crossover period of about a month, unfortunately we missed the window for giving a reading and the npower bastards have estimated that for that 4 weeks we owe them £700! We're not heating fucking Chatsworth FFS!....2 months later and we were still not at their estimated reading, but they're having none of it and keep sending threatening letters. It's soooooo fucking tedious.....I hate phoning them
