Ok, sky channel 980 is BBC Red button 1. I've found it at the end of the Entertainment section of the tv guide, after all the regional bbc channels. Hopefully the recap will be available on the red button for Freeview viewers.

fancy I'd sod the list and just do her in myself. I've put up with her for 5 years now. She makes me feel like absolute shit and like I have no right to be part of her family.
