The Sept thread is starting to take over my "watched threads" page coz it's so darn long.

Anyone at a casting on monday in SE1??

hope your right. thanks, not very happy tho and not professional. She might be away but what about the other 3 that work there? They cant all be away and surely they would have posted a message or something. My old mans gonna kill me for being so stoooooooooopid

debsnkyle - you could try and send isabel a private message on cm net, as though she is on holiday she still reads her messages on the cm net website.

she has also left a message on cm net saying that she and the other owners of cm net were not happy with the photographer ringing parents trying to push them into buying photos from the shoot, and that she was going to have words with her!

debsnkyle - i am sure it will all be fine. I was really apprehensive when I got to the shoot as I was first person there and thought I had gone to the wrong place. That was my worrying stage and I nearly did a runner!! It wasn't a good shoot for us I must admit as we were waiting an hour and half as the photographer was late, my dd was fed up by then as we had left early in the morning as we had a distance to go. Plus my dds hair was scary by that stage so i think it was a good trial for us. Wonder why the photographer hasn't rang me maybe as we were first she realises our photos weren't that superb? I wanted a little one for experience though which is what I got. She has her first proper photoshoot with TS on the 22nd so I hope that goes well.

Its funny how you guys have been mentioning successful red head models I still have not had zilch for my ds ! D you think a missing tooth could be the problem at the moment.

Has everyone else with 5-6 year olds now had a casting since the quiet spell returning back to school? I am wondering why we haven't had a thing

julie4travel - have to say i wasnt all that impressed either being as it was meant to be a professional job. I saw the advert on starnow and was really excited so a bit of a letdown really. Good luck with your shoot!! Hope its better than that one and the photographer dont call you the day after to sell you the shots lol

oh and no bad hair days I hope and get loads of lovely photographs taken!

debsnkyle- well we went for another star now one last week which my dd didn't get that photographer was great, worked well with my daughter getting her jumping and giggling. Unfortuatley she didn't get the job yet that was a good experience. never mind some you win some you lose! Hope you get your pictures soon. I know another mum was still waiting for hers to be sent over to so there is prob a couple waiting!

debsnkyle- my dd has so much hair I am going to shave it for the next shoot I recon he he! my dd would go mad and she is only three

my littleun got bubblegum in his hair, his friends gum not his!! Had to shave it off and best thing i ever did. Really suits him and so so easy now. Bless.....Demi Moore looked gorgeous with a shaved head lol

debsnkyle- i have emailed a different email address i have saying the site is down and some people want the pictures. have you emailed the cm net email aswell? post on here if no joy as some of her friends maybe able to help you.

thanks mrsratty- i thought it seemed to have picked up for his age group yet still nothing so wondering if it was just his look? hopefully will change his headshot soon

are b and b doing a modelbook this year? in aug they weren't sure at that time so i wondered if anyone had asked?

last i heard, amelia was going to send me the pictures by email just over a week ago, but not had them yet. I tried emailing that name @childmodelling.net but nothing unfortunately. Worth a try though.

off the subject a bit, has anyone been shortlisted and going to that mini british isles competition? And is it going to be on the telly do you think?

dylansluckymum we pay kl, but i did make sure that they would keep my ds on the books if we were to do the shoot or not. I do feel that kl are so genuine and do trust them.
Must admit I did see the advert that my d was up for on tv today, Optivia with Ray Winstone. Got rather pievd that we only missed out on who got the license first, but I suppose thats the nature of the business. but alot of money paid for just a shot in the backround, but really would not have minded if it was my d in the advert
