Richard Hammond injured in car crash

...whilst filming for Top Gear. Saw it on BBC3 news , something about it here .

I know he has lots of admirers on here

This and John Peel are the only to celeb incidents that have actually affected me

Really hope he can pull through. His poor family.

Apparently he'd already broken the landspeed record and was just doing some extra filming for the show.

The supermodel Nikki Taylor walked away from a crash. Only to collapse a few minutes later. She has suffered major abdominal injuries and underwent dozens of operations. Her abdomen is disfigured to the extent that she could no longer model things that expose that part of her, but it grateful for the second chance to live.

I, on the other hand, am more than willing to take back what i said about 5ft7 being 'teeny. It's very nearly average height. (You don't look 5ft in photos, QuofQuotes, I'd have said 5ft5 easy.)

Hope that he'll make a full recovery, I think RIchard Hammond's as cute as a button. (an average-sized button, QuofQu).

I have seen jet cars in action and like the name suggests they are powered by a jet engine, you literally blink and they are gone, they are incredibly powerful sending all the positive vibes I have for Richard tonight

The crash happened at 5.30, the firecrew had to cut him out of the car He was airlifted to LGI at 5.42.
I hope to God he pulls through.

I really hope he pulls through but it definitely doesn't look very good.
