Tell me about your changing bag.

I've decided to buy a chaning bag for my sister in law who has just had a baby girl.

Despite having four children I have never got round to buying a designated changing bag so I'd welcome any views on this, or changing bags in general, from those of you with experience.

I think a bag is such a personal thing, it would be a mistake to shell out for a rather pricy flamboyant bag. The odds of me liking a bag anyone else chose for me would be very low - and it's not really the sort of thing you want to have several of.

my changing bag is effing awful. it's a silvercross thing that came with the pram. i heft it round my body when i'm getting ds in an out of the car and sometimes it practically garottes me! i wish someone had bought me a nicely sized nice looking changing bag - i'm too mean to spend the money on one myself so will have to carry on hefting this sodding great suitcase about with me.

i have a little company bag in black. its functional, has poppers to it loops over handles and doesnt drag on the floor, and i can get loads of washable nappies in there as well as snacks etc. i dont use a changing mat, but carry a terry nappy square for emergencies.

I have a little company bag and it's FANTASTIC!

The strap can just be one long strap for going over the loop handle on the pram, or it can clip together with poppers to hang on a little buggy, or it has 2 velcro straps to attach it to anything else you might want to!

they're fab aren't they? agree about having enough room for cloth nappies, change of clothes, wipes... everything.
it came with a little changing mat too.
and a detachable insulated bottle carrier

mine different, must be the basic model it has 2 insulated bottle sections inside, (narrow bottles tho i think), and loads of sections. has 2 pockets on the side for phone and dummy (or in my case loose change)
