I know this has been done so many times before, but I think it is well overdue for a reminder.

Please, please everyone get people to make sure they are on the \link{http://www.uktransplant.org.uk\Transplant Register}.

And if you can put up posters, leaflets ANYWHERE, then click the link for free promo material too.

I have registered online but when I registered with our new doctors the form had a part to fill in about organ donation which I thought was a good idea - not though if you have been with the same practice for years and don't intend to change

Not sure. I think all the old paper records were supposed to be transferred but I did it again online some time ago, just to be sure.
