thanks for the sympathy - they are generally much better now as I've started taking probiotics, but I went on holiday 2 weeks ago and left them in the chalet... silly me.

Anyway I've got some more now so I will try and remember to take them!

I'm glad they're better than they used to be. x

Is anyone out there watching Dancing on Ice? I'm loving it! I dream of doing something like that and shedding stones whilst having fun. Hmmm, probably not to be.

Here come two days of down-to-the-minute time management, and then an early morning Weds, and then.... aaahhh. Sorry to rub it in. My goal is to relax as much as possible while we're in CA. I can feel the warning bells starting to ding very faintly that I need to dial back the stress or I'm going to land in the same pickle as I was in last year with full-blown anxiety. No thank you.

Ugh, yesterday felt like such a long day. By 1:30pm it felt like it was 5 pm, but no such luck. We had another child's birthday party to go to, and then JB went to grandma's while I taught my pregnancy yoga class. He fell asleep on the car ride home, and is still asleep (8 am here).

Cup, I really hope the cystitis goes away quickly. I've had a few of those and they are miserable.

Well done for recognizing early warning bells jacks, but try to make sure you act on them. We'll keep an eye on you here . Well done for getting yesterday out of the way - another year before you have to go through it again! Can you do some on-line yoga classes to help me shrink my body? xxx

Need hugs, prayers, good thoughts, whatever. Mum emailed this morning at 05:30 to say my stepdad had had a small stroke. He's in hospital. Blood tests ok, some visual impairment, some body-side weakness (not sure which), can speak but very quietly. That's all I know right now.
JB and I are supposed to fly to California to meet DH tomorrow. So far, we're going. I asked mum if she wanted us to come to Toronto instead and she said absolutely not, that if anything changed she would let me know as soon as. So I guess we're going.
I'm feeling oddly inert and like I'm moving through water. Must pack and put JB to bed. I'm so tired.

Hen do was fabbers! Most of my 'hens' were men though haha me and the female hens met up with some lads we went to school with and they stayed with us and I sister they were hens too :) was such a good night. I forget how much I miss my friends till I go back there. Makes me a bit sad every time I come home.

Its so much fun, I did it last year with some colleagues. You cycle a bar around the streets whilst getting extremely drunk on German beer. My face ached the next day I had laughed so much....

The stripper would have to run to keep up
