Trouble is, Soapbox, that Rickman and sht-for-brains weren't married, so there isn't really anything to hang a court case on. It would be so* much easier if the courts could get involved as they have far-reaching powers to order complete disclosure and solicitors can ask for much more detailed information than the CSA can even be bothered to think about.

I am fuming on your behalf - not that it will do any good, but what a total %$&>?@&. I cannot believe he can get away with this as he's so clearly 'living it up' yet pleading poverty. Wish I could think of something more useful to say - and I'd be so tempted to stop all contact. I guess I'd make myself as difficult to get the hold of as I could though and don't make it easy for him.

sorry to hear this rickman, ive gone through the same at the beginning of the month, not left with as little as you tho.i went to income support as i only work part time and even tho they only give me £12.42 a week IS from last week it means that i get full housing benefit and council tax benefit. once the CSA get ex paying again the housing benefit will go back down but thats ok coz the maintenance will cover it.if youre renting at least you wont have to worry about the rent/council tax till the git pays up.

the council sorted mine out within 7 days, fantastically sympathetic to my situation.

as for stopping contact, i have, BUT my ex didnt have contact with ds till he was 12months old and he fu**ed that up by the time ds was 14months old, so my son doesnt know him from adam anyway.

i only work mon, thurs till 1, if you wana meet up and have a slagging session email me.

This new bank account that he has, presumably that's the one most of his salary is paid into and the other one is the one which he discloses to the CSA.
