PS I haven't sent the squares yet, Marina. One-year-eleven-months-and-one-week after the kitchen was replaced I am finally having it tiled and decorated. The squares are somewhere in the boxes of stuff I had to clear out of there.

I can't do radio 4 in the mornings as it's too despressing and distracting as I drive up the M1 and I can't face any shouty kind of talk station so I seem to have become a radio 2 moring listener. I don't know what the hell Terry Wogan's talking about most days so this week he doesn't seem that more unintelligible than the rest of the time tbh although I did switch off this am when the bidding got to £40m or something ridiculous to go to Dubai. I now GET the Spitting Image puppet of Wogan, I know, ten years too late! I quite like Sarah Kennedy in a guilty way even though I don't like her "see you tomorrow if we're spared" sign off. Gosh, I didn't know I had so much to say on the subject. I most enjoyed moring radio during the 2 weeks when Jonathon Ross took over the morning show, what a great start to the day that was.
