when's your birthday?

kicked this off after wishing suzy wong a happy one. when's yours, what's your idea of a perfect birthday, etc.

mine's October 30th. looming. perfect birthday would be a gorgeously sunny day with kids not screaming, dh in a good mood, good wishes from friends, something small in a jewelry box (yeah, dream on!) and a delicious birthday dinner, complete with chocolate cake.

9th Novemeber.

A pub crawl, I haven't done that in yeeeeears, then stumbling into the local chinese. I'm easy to please

once a year

26 February. And it's been so long since I did anything even vaguely for myself on my birthday that I've forgotten what it's like! I spent my 30th birthday in Amsterdam, my 33rd birthday in Venice ... and my 40th at a children's farm running around after my then 2 year old.

My perfect day would be (sorry, dd) child-free, just me and dh - I wouldn't really care what we did, it would be the child-free bit that would be nice!

14th March.

I will be 40 on 30th January 2008 and want to go to the Big Apple.

Me and nutty - 10th June!

Ideal day - lie in (what's one of those?) bit of shopping, finding the most perfectly fitting jeans in the first shop, long lunch/all afternoon in the pub. Nice meal at night (including pudding) It ain't gonna happen......

My birthday is on Saturday, yippee!!! I can't think of any must-haves, just going out for a meal is good. And flowers. And books. Okay, so I do have some must-haves.

Hulababy - that's my (late) mums birthday too.....

Mine is 14th August - had chocolate cake and a spa day when on holiday a week later x

Shopping like crazy then getting lashed and having next day off.

12th Sept - just turned 26!
Had a fabulous day at work (no really) where my boss (who is also a best bud) took me for lunch, got spoilt rotten by DP and all family then taken out for a romantic meal in the evening. Got lashed with work mates on Friday night!!!

December 27h- and I just wish that some people (and family!) would be able to distinguish between Xmas day and my birthday! Everyone else gets 2 sets of cards, prezzies etc. Why not me?

my dad's birthday is on Dec 27th too. what a drag, eh?

16th May (too far away for my liking `0
