You’ve had a busy enough day to earn a complete pass on the gravel @Thebookofcarolagain! Packing away a mint choc ice cream while sitting on the sofa watching frugal money videos is 100% justified in my book , especially after all that work in the garden today 😁 👏.
Kim Clam just gone for gluten free fish and chips for us😁👏. Fingers crossed 🤞 l do hope it's really nice l am so looking forward to it 😁😋

Been watching FMSs earliest videos, so different! But got a couple of good recipies to try. 😁
Decided to gave a blast on Skyrim for a bit. Finishing off the brambles i got in Aldi for the ribs. They are delish, huge too. Might walk town to the dreaded hill see if the brambles are out there. They were on the walk to the dentist. Much smaller though.

Ain't that the truth about fish @Thebookofcarolagain? It’s bad enough paying that much here but paying those prices when you’re literally within smelling distance of the sea!😱
Skyrim and fresh brambles sounds ideal for you . Aldi’s huge ones are great l bought some yesterday,they are so nice 😋😁

Weather is very nice here it's 20c already and my washing is on the line 😁. Just off to see my Mum fingers crossed she is ok 🙏 🤞.
DH has hurt his ribs doing a tip run , he threw the cardboard in the skip and hurt himself on the railing 😔, he's ok but he's dying in the way that only men can iykwim 🤗.
I am being the doting wifey and he's a brave soldier 🤗
No l am being nasty he has got a nasty red mark and I am sure it's painful bless him ❤️.

I know @Thebookofcarolagain what are they like 😱. Just coming home from seeing Mum, she was fine thankfully. The Italian Grand Prix is on today so hopefully we can see it 😁. Traffic is bad though 😕.

Phew just got back. Walked down with ds2 on his way to work as far as the rotten hill to get brambles. A bit late as with all the rain many are well past it. But got a few to nibble on. Was nice being outside. (But walking with ds2 these days is a route march for me with his long legs. I used to be the fast walker in the family!😁)
Weather cant nake up its mind. Sunny with white clouds then dark clouds and wind then 3 mins later sunny again.
Topped up windscreen washer and checked oil for mot Tuesday. Fingers crossed.
Made ds2 his chop for tea before he left. Followed a recipie for a seasoned flour crust but ds said it had little flavour. Oh well wont do that one again. Will add more seasoning to the two that's left for ds1 and I. 😡

Hope first week back at work was not too bad Friday Nigh
Well, its been a fraught week , but we managed to get a car <phew> . DH preferred one , I preferred another, and he gave way . It was a bit more money , but came with a one year warranty with it ,and is newer so I was happier that way . Poor DH is having a bit of a time with it though . Not the driving , or the car , but all the new technology . Firstly he has to get used to a different system of cruise control ( he uses it all the time , me never) . But we also have a digital gizmo display thing which basically tells you everything , and you have to know how to use it . DD1 set up the apple play , and when we went out on a little outing to try it out , we couldn't get his spotify to stop playing - we had to switch it all off 😂. Everything is on there , so we will have to figure it out somehow or other !
We are having a quiet day today . We were out for a birthday party for my BiL's 80th yesterday , and tomorrow and Tuesday we have the twins all day , so just having a rest up , and I've done a little bit of sewing and tidying all ready for tomorrow . I am looking forward to it - we got down DD2's Sylvanian house and animals for then to play with . Its been in the loft awhile , in a sealed box , so had to get it out and give it all a good dust and clean .

I have put a gammon ham in the slow cooker for tea , l just fancied some in a sarnies tonight fingers crossed the white gf bread is nicer 🙏🤣

New dashboards and cruise control are a proper learning curve, and the Spotify trap is a classic. He’ll get there though !A quiet day sounds well deserved after the 80th party, especially with two full days of the twins ahead ❤️. Gosh busy week.again. glad you got a new car now. Sounds fab. I would prob be stumped with something like that too. Mine has all these buttons to use your phone etc etc and I never use it. I do use cruise control when on the main road though. Saves my knees😁

Hi all, quick check in before the next crazy week kicks off - there's 3 after school things for DS plus one on the weekend and I have an evening appointment too. In-between that and work, also trying to make sure the house keeps ticking over, the big one is making her list and checking it twice before uni starts gulp

We've also had a new car @bookbook and just trying to figure out where what is. Feels like I'm driving a tank Good luck with twin duty too!

Ds2 just got back from work. He popped into coop on way home. He told me he saw the Halloween sweets out so he got me a pressie.....
A Maltese Rudolph and a choc xmas pud! He said theres more xmas than Halloween sweets out!

Home at last! Hour and half in hosp. Current meds not doing anything and trial is almost up so will be starting new ones. Because of that he had to wait to see consultant to ok it all and decide what to try next

Am bloody aching. Didn't sleep last night either due to horrid dreams, was up twice. Think I need a nap😄

Had a coffee and my malteser rudolph. They have a weird taste like they have ginger in them, hmm not sure if i would have another. Its like gingerbread but quite artificial.
Not got the energy to start housework now, it can wait till I get back from taking car to garage tomorrow. 😉
