Weather is so much better today, warm but a lovely breeze ☀️ 23C gorgeous 🤩. Having crisps cheese and tomato crisp breads and a nice cuppa .
3 loads of washing today . Wash 2 on the line wash 3 in the machine 👏😁.

I couldn't get this site to load so went on Google. When it came up your last pm messages showed @DirtyGertiefromno30 . Sorry I didn't notice them there before. Thank you Mr @DirtyGertiefromno30 that's very kind of you. I may take you up on that next year once my garden is a bit more sorted 😁
Have finally got a washing out. Stupid machine playing up again. Had to wring it all out and put it in small loads Had a trip round garden pulled more seed heads off poppies and pulled a few weeds. My final repotted polyanthus has a flower stem peeking up yeah!

There was a new Skyrim story last night. I thought perfect for bedtime...oooooohhhh!😱 That was a proper gothic horror story! Truly scary without any violence. His voice, the rhythm he told it, everything was just perfect. I had to put a history lesson on afterwards to stop any nightmares! 😄 I am sure he has been around a little longer than he says, I am sure he was in that Villa Diodati with Byron, Shelly et all in 1816😁
Got another small wash in machine, its just beeped fingers crossed...

Oh no, that washing machine is a pain! 😩 Fingers crossed this load behaved itself and you didn’t end up wringing everything out again.

Talking of seeds I was putting more washing out and noticed the cowparsley at my tree had lots of black seeds. So I have nabbed most of them plus some from the one in raised area. First of the season 😁😁 I intend to get new seeds from everything this year (as usual) and sort out my humongous collection😄 Your DH dounds very sensible with seeds, like me😉
Did a bit more clearing out in gravel, some things are just taking over. Watered everything again and pulled a few excess plants as i went. I have a sunflower!

Have done my shopping list 😱 why is it so long???? We are going tomorrow as ds2 isnt working until 4.30.
Have no idea what to do for tea. Ds1 hasn't surfaced, ds2 is at work and I cba tbh🤣
Need to go get washing and hope its dried.

The washing machines definitely know when it's the worst possible time to play up @FridayNighFeeling🙄. Thank you for asking about my GF journey . I'm getting there with the gluten free but it's a bit of a learning curve, but I am a finding few bits and pieces , l think the worst thing is you just can't go out to eat without blinking researching beforehand. Hey ho 😤

Washing out, been to the market , library and Morrisons. Looked at their gf stuff , not bad , l got a Morrisons gf pizza for £2.50 and put more cheese on it and it was lovely fair play .
Bought a few bits from there , it's all expensive though but l am looking forward to trying the GF bon mamon Madeleines l bought . Love Madeleines 😋. Going to watch the last 2 of the Dark today it's excellent 👌.
You've got your priorities right there @ThebookofcarolagainAaron Eckhart is definitely easy on the eye. 😁😉.
I like Bill Nighy in pretty much anything too. I listen to his Charles detective plays as well.

Afternoon all.
Just back from shopping with kids. How much??? Not leaving the house for a month!
That's us stocked up so shouldn't need much for ages. Took a daft turn and got a mini box of pringles so having ham and mustard sarnie with cherry toms and sour cream pringles just now. 😋 Kids chose pizzas for tea so I got a small sweet chilli chichen one for me, stew can wait till tomorrow and I have pastry to make a pie.
All put away just got the meat to sort out into portions for freezer.

Checked out the plants in aldi, ds1 said dont go down there its terrible! So many wasted plants, flowers all dead, foliage crisping up. A lot not really worth buying even with the discount they had on as hardly any buds on them. Same with a few in HB although a lot of nice plants too but I steeled myself against them after paying for shopping!
Glad you got some gf stuff to try @DirtyGertiefromno30 . Hope the madeleins are good. It's not cold here but overcast just depressing. Yes I love Bill Nighy in anything. First kinda fell in love with him as an actor in The Best Marigold Hotel. He is such a nice guy too.

Sounds like you've got the shopping marathon out of the way at least @Thebookofcarolagain .The prices really are enough to make your eyes water. 😳 Enjoy your Pringles and pizza 🍕 sometimes you just have to go with what takes your fancy. Good idea getting the meat portioned up for the freezer too.
Such a shame about the Aldi /HB plants, what a waste. Thank you I'm looking forward to trying the gluten free bits, especially the madeleines. Fingers crossed they're nice.
Dd2 is cooking for us tonight bless her salmon new pots and peas l am so looking forward to it 😋😁. Spain v France match tonight too but l have got to finish watching the Dark , it's brilliant 😁

Aw thank you @FridayNighFeeling, l enjoyed the Madeleines and the biscuits and the pizza l bought , they were nice . Just like you say l have got to get used to it and find places to eat that are genuinely good about their GF contamination . only just realised l have to get another toaster just for my stuff . It's crazy 😧

Had my pizza well most of it I never finish one!
Got a little can of rose lemonade in HB I'm trying. It's ok but not a lot of rose flavour (I know rose flavour is used sparingly but I wouldn't really have known if it wasn't on the can!)
Was emptying the nectarines into fruit bowl, I think I bought the worst pack in the shop! I didn't look as close as I usually do.😡
I dozed off on sofa so meat still sitting in fridge till tomorrow 😄
Got my warmer jammies on! It got quite cold this evening, will prob change them later as it seems to be a bit warmer now. Stupid weather.

Ds2 Just got in from work they have a broken item at work and its been reported but nothing done yet. He is the 2nd person to get hurt by it. It fell on him and he got a small chunk scraped off his leg! He said it was damm sore and he left the kitchen to swear a lot but not until about 10 mins later he felt the blood and saw it on his trousers! Cue accident form and first aid. It's not huge but should never have happened.😡 Are they gonna wait until its more serious?

Slept a bit late as didn't go to bed till stupid o clock 😆 Was just having fun on Skyrim till a dragon attacked Whiterun and killed one of the weapons shop owners. Wasn't having that as I need him to sell my stuff to so I reloaded what I thought was just before I went there so I didn't go there iyswim but it went back ages and I lost all the loot i had just got that i was carrying. 😡 Oh well had a good fun time anyway.
Washing is on and hopefully machine is behaving.

Ds2 is off tomorrow so am gonna cook the stew today but make the pie tomorrow. We can have something else today.
Need to attack the fridge freezer...oh joy.

Put a load out on the line l wasn't going to do any washing but l had a bit of Mums to do so on it went . Dh is cooking gammon steaks and pineapple and new pots and broad beans for our tea it smells delicious 😋🤤.

Sounds like Skyrim gave you a bit of a rollercoaster ride last night @Thebookofcarol ! I'd have reloaded too if the weapons shop owner got killed ,typical that you ended up losing all your hard earned loot . At least you had fun, that's half the battle! Hope your washing machine behaved itself, hope the stew turns out lovely, and the freezer sort wasn't as bad as you're expecting. Enjoy having Ds2 home tomorrow too 🤗👏

Did all the meat/ freezer faffing @DirtyGertiefromno30 wasnt too bad. Sun actually came out! Two small loads of washing out so it wouldnt get too heavy! Used the ecologogical wash, it takes for ever but it worked.
Pottered in garden dead heading poppies and collected aquilegia seeds😁😁 Started a new box for my seeds and got rid of some older aquilegia seeds. Got a gazillion bags hanging and tiny envelopes to work my way through replacing most of them! 😱
Tried rest of my pizza for tea but it was kinda tough. Might have something else later. Got a small loaf of wholemeal sourdough in aldi on the cheap which is quite nice, might just have toast.
Stew is cooked ready for tomorrow.

Parked my bum now and on Skyrim.

Damm fuse box tripped again.Happened when I put toaster on. Different circuit this time! Ds1 came down full of bluster cos WiFi had gone off😄 I never even noticed as none of the socket lights in kitchen went out😄 Quick flip and it was all ok again If it happens again I will be straight on the damm phone again.
Had peanut butter on toast cant say it was very exciting though. Have rasp sorbet think I will have some later
