Question 30 won't accept non-numeric characters?

SillyMoomin · 15/12/2017 13:22

oooh, done, fab!

TellMeItsNotTrue · 15/12/2017 13:35

Done, please do consider having a 'prefer not to say' option for income for future surveys

EmmaMumsnet · 15/12/2017 14:40

Thanks to everyone who has completed the survey so far!

@Olinguito thanks for flagging, that question has been amended.

@TellMeItsNotTrue we don't require an answer to that question so you are welcome to leave that one blank if you don't want to answer. However, we will consider adding a 'prefer not to say' option in future to make that more obvious.

There's no appropriate response for employment status for a retired person not solely reliant on the state pension.

RatRolyPoly · 15/12/2017 16:46

I actually lost my rag - more than once - completing this infuriating survey. The bloody boxes where you select 1-11 kept randomly going blank after I'd competed subsequent answers, but not all of them, just odd ones, every time. Honestly I nearly threw my phone across the room and I definitely had a cathartic scream. If I hadn't spent so bloody long on it already I would have given up. Is there some issue doing this on a phone??

I'm on my iPhone and couldn't complete the survey. Question 29 was the problem. I gave my number for each option but every time i pressed compete it took me back to question 29 with one of my answers missing. So I filled it in again and pressed complete but each time it would take me back to question 29 but with an answer missing. Will try again on my lap top tomorrow if I get a chance.

cocktailismyfavouritefilm · 15/12/2017 23:01

Basically what ratrolypoly said

PoemsForMySons · 16/12/2017 03:08

I had the same issue as ratrolypoly

DeltaWave · 16/12/2017 09:30

I'm also having the Q 29 problem :(

HCantThinkOfAUsername · 16/12/2017 09:39

Same problem again as RatRoly.
It's driven me mad! Submitted it many times then keeps saying I need to put numbers in the scroll boxes which I've already done!

TheClacksAreDown · 16/12/2017 10:05

MNHQ - who are you conducting this survey on behalf of? It doesn’t say and really it should. I’m assuming this is a mattress manufacturer?

TracyBeakerSoYeah · 16/12/2017 12:43

I thinks it's the way Q29 is worded which is causing the problems.
You have to put in order your priorities for buying a new mattress.
If you have done this & are still having trouble then I don't know what.

Done. Exactly what I need is good sleep.

RatRolyPoly · 16/12/2017 18:09

Ha! That's exactly the kind of nuance I can't handle on no sleep Tracy Grin

BrawneLamia · 16/12/2017 18:21

Done, although sadly a new mattress won't solve the problem of my children waking in the night!
