It was starting to drive me slightly bonkers too Rat.

bobthebuddha · 17/12/2017 09:59

Same problem as RatRolyPoly when doing survey on an iPhone. It keeps deleting answers to the question so it can never be completed! Utterly infuriating.

bobthebuddha · 17/12/2017 10:04

Ok, so my (sleep-deprived) brain has now realised that when you answer the 1-11 questions, each one has to have a unique number. You can’t give anything the same level of importance..

gentlydoesit89 · 17/12/2017 10:18

Done!

MummyBtothree · 17/12/2017 11:43

Done!

Feargalthecat · 17/12/2017 14:10

Done. I'd like to win a new duvet and pillows because I'm too mean to buy decent ones.

Done Smile

4yearsnosleep · 17/12/2017 23:53

I really want to participate but the drop down answers with numerical ratings for important mattress requirements aren't working

TracyBeakerSoYeah · 18/12/2017 02:49

You have to put the requirements in order of 1st - 11th.

Done Xmas Grin

EmmaMumsnet · 18/12/2017 10:31

Hi everyone,

Sorry for the trouble you've had with question 29. For this question you need to order all the options for how important or unimportant they are to you from 1 to 11 (1 being most important and 11 least important). This question can be answered in two ways:

  • If you are on a desktop or laptop you can drag and drop the options in order of preference.
  • If you can't drag and drop on your device (e.g on mobile) you need to select numbers from the drop down menus. You can only select each number once which is why the boxes will go blank if you select the same number more than once.

Hope this helps! We have now edited the question to include this info as well.

@TheClacksAreDown if possible we like to keep our surveys anonymous as this means the responses to the survey will be unbiased.

@Daisymaybe60 and @Adarajames we will take a look at changing our employment question to give more options.

Thanks again for completing the survey!

done.

TellMeItsNotTrue · 18/12/2017 13:16

EmmaMumsnet it's great to see feedback on the issues we have raised and that you will consider them for future surveys Smile

passemoilevin · 18/12/2017 15:08

Done. Would love to win a prize, have never won one before Grin

WeaselsRising · 18/12/2017 16:10

This survey is open to all UK Mumsnetters who would like to get more quality sleep.

Except that it isn't. The oldest age you can select is up to 39.

ZarduHasselfrau · 18/12/2017 18:26

@WeaselsRising - The oldest age you can select is up to 39.

Are you looking at it on a mobile device? I just completed the survey on my laptop, and there are definitely two columns for age, which go up to 60+. Maybe the mobile version is a bit borked? Hmm

NoWayInn · 18/12/2017 18:36

There's no appropriate response for employment status for a retired person not solely reliant on the state pension.
Survey asks for age of children but then fails to consider the age in questions.
Mine are 19 and 20 and I still lose sleep over them but not because of any of the reasons suggested.
What about the lying awake at night because your older teenage DC are out drinking and clubbing at night?

Done Smile how do you find out who wins? X

SandysMam · 19/12/2017 12:09

Tried to do but again boxes 1-11 kept defaulting to blank!! Stressful!

Neverender · 19/12/2017 13:29

Done

PineappleTits · 19/12/2017 14:31

@SandysMam I had this but realise I never read the question properly. You have to put 1-11 in each box using each number only once for all of the answers. It will change the list and give you your answers from most important (1) to least (11)

SandysMam · 19/12/2017 14:45

Thanks Pineapple...bit complicated when sleep deprived Grin

silkpyjamasallday · 19/12/2017 16:12

Done. I would do literally anything for just a few hours of decent sleep at the moment!
