Here at MNHQ we're interested in finding out more about what our users think about the upcoming EU referendum. On the 23rd June 2016, there will be a referendum to decide whether the UK should remain a member of the European Union, or whether we should leave it.

This survey is open to all MNers who are eligible to vote in UK general elections. Everyone who completes the survey will be put into a prize draw where one MNer will win a £50 voucher for the store of their choice.

Here's the link: www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/F7JW3KW

Thanks

Do you have a link to the results of the last EU survey?

RortyCrankle · 27/05/2016 13:30

Done - I too would be interested to know the results of the last survey and subsequently this one.

I've already voted!Halo

TwoLeftSocks · 27/05/2016 20:29

Fine. A 'they're a knobhead and I wouldn't listen to their onion anyway' option would have been useful.

TwoLeftSocks · 27/05/2016 20:29

Fine= done

Bloody hell - I had no idea most of the female figures mentioned in that survey had made any kind of public statement at all. I keep an eye on the news, so I think that says more about the media than me Angry

Done. I agree about the female figures although I did hear Christine Lagarde on Womens' Hour the other day.

I felt that most of the people who have expressed an opinion have been unpersuasive as none of them seemed to care much before about last month!

Basicbrown · 29/05/2016 17:59

The effects at the end really need to be considered in relation to short term and long term. While I think leaving would be generally negative in the short term the longer term is less clear. That is why the arguments are not persuading me in general. Of course no politician wants negative effects during their government and their number one priority is their own political career....!

jay55 · 29/05/2016 19:45

I have to say that many of the people listed I find myself feeling contrary to their opinion, so they usually influence me the opposite way.

Same as Jay55..
The likes of Dave really persuade me to want to leave. Would you believe anything he says?

A little light humour...

SinisterBumFacedCat · 30/05/2016 17:16

Yep, done. Would have liked the knobhead option though too!

LicoriceComfit · 30/05/2016 18:11

Hey MNHQ, just curious, at the Scottish referendum I started a thread and it was deleted because it could breach election protocol.

How come it's now OK to seek views on a referendum? Is it to do with timing (mine being to close to the voting itself)?

Genuinely curious.

Odmedod · 30/05/2016 21:47

The problem is that none of the people speaking on behalf of leaving or staying are in the slightest bit believable They're all lying!

Odmedod · 30/05/2016 21:47

Apart from Trump and Obama, of course. They can fucking keep out of it!
