MN Poll on EU referendum - share your thoughts in mini(ish) survey for chance to win £50! NOW CLOSED

Here at MNHQ we're interested in finding out more about what our users think about the upcoming EU referendum. On the 23rd June 2016, there will be a referendum to decide whether the UK should remain a member of the European Union, or whether we should leave it.

This survey is open to all MNers who are eligible to vote in UK general elections. Everyone who completes the survey will be put into a prize draw where one MNer will win a £50 voucher for the store of their choice.

Hey MNHQ, just curious, at the Scottish referendum I started a thread and it was deleted because it could breach election protocol.

How come it's now OK to seek views on a referendum? Is it to do with timing (mine being to close to the voting itself)?

Genuinely curious.

Don't know if this is the one you mean, but I seem to remember we zapped one on the day of polling itself. It was asking how people had voted, which is basically the definition of an exit poll, and the general rule is that those can't be broadcast before the polls are closed.

Does that sound like the one? If you had one zapped that was just generally asking people how they were likely to vote but wasn't on poll day itself, apols - there must have been something else going on!
