We’re looking for 150 Mumsnet users who live in London to test out Zapp, an app which delivers all your essentials in minutes, 24/7.

  • Selected testers will be given £15 credit to use on Zapp to buy products of their choice, delivered straight to their door.
  • Testers will be asked to give their feedback via a thread on Mumsnet and a short survey.
  • All testers who feedback will be entered into a prize draw to win a £100 voucher for a store of their choice (from a list).

Here’s what Zapp has to say:
“Run out of nappies at 3 in the morning? Haven’t had time to go to the shops to pick up dinner? Or simply just need a glass of wine after a long day? Zapp is here to save the day.

Choose from over 2,000 curated items, delivered in 20 minutes or less, with no minimum order value and free delivery over £30. You look after the kids, let Zapp look after you.”

If you’re interested in taking part, please sign up here.

Thanks and good luck!

Downloaded the app and created an account well over 24 hours ago now and still have no credit!!! Anyone else have any luck?

TheBreakTimeReads · 03/03/2022 12:59

I clicked the link on desktop and still took me to the app download page for mobile devices. Mine is an Acer Windows 10 PC. After a few tries, I decided to click the link on mobile which took me to AppStore, downloaded and created an account. More than 24 hours, no credit. Is there anyone we can talk to?

Hopeislost · 04/03/2022 15:55

My credit has been added but it took two days.

My credit just came in as well and I think I downloaded the app 2 days ago. Also when you check out, make sure you switch the button on that says enable wallet payment first (or some such) otherwise it asks for your credit card. That wasn't obvious (to me anyway!) and I had to go to the help section to find out.

Ah, also, fyi you can't use the credits for the £1.99 delivery charge, so you're going to have to add your credit card at checkout and pay the £1.99 even if you're within their £15 credit limit.

(So for e.g. my basket is £12.98 but they won't let me use the credits to £14.97.)

I am going through hell. I am 50 years old and have ended up living in a homeless hostel. I am so depressed and lost, life is unbearable to say the least. I suffered some injustices and just feel I cannot go on.

Had a few problems initially, trying to use a promo code and credit simultaneously, but it worked out in the end.

The range is not huge, but they have some good essentials like chicken and fish. Got some lovely Itsu Bao buns. They also had the Strong Roots range for vegans. Be prepared to pay extra for convenience though. You can get the same items much more cheaply at the supermarket. However, if you are too lazy to trek to the supermarket or if it's an emergency, then this app is fast and efficient.

Delivery time was super quick (Around 15 minutes tops) and the delivery driver found my address without issues which was impressive as I usually have to explain where my place is!
