I found it SO easy to use, it was great.

A will is something I have always thought about but never got round to it as it seemed so complicated and difficult to do but this is great and left me feeling like I finally have something in writing.

This is a great advantage and something that most people will need to do so its great to have.

• How do you rate the value for money of the will writing service?

I think £90 is a good price as getting involved with solicitors or other companies etc would be much more time-consuming and probably more pricier.

I would definitely recommend and i think many people would use if they realised how easy it is.

It was spectacularly easy! I managed to complete it on my phone in between chasing round an very active almost 1 year old! DP managed to do his while he was walking the dog, he thought it was brilliant.

Do you feel that it has helped your peace of mind?

Knowing we've got wills in place should anything happen has definitely given us peace of mind. The ability to update things as they change is an added benefit that stops us worrying about what happens in the future.

Is it reassuring to know you can easily update it any time in the future?

Yes! Paying £20 a year for unlimited updates is amazing considering the cost you'd incur doing it through a solicitors, even when you factor in you probably won't need to change it every year.

How do you rate the value for money of the will writing service?

For the service, the price is amazing. Its definitely value for money and I'd pay £135 for 2 wills without even thinking much of it.

Would you recommend Beyond’s will-writing service to other families?

Definitely! If you cant find time to go sit in a solicitors office, then this is for you. If you want to sit in the comfort of your own home, with easy access to all your information this is for you. I don't think I'd have remembered to put stuff in like the treasured family photos and letters dating back hundreds of years if I had been sitting that wasn't living room staring at them. It's a great service for busy people and parents!

it was so easy I kind of feel I missed something, you know that feeling when something is too easy? But I’m sure I did it right and it’s just easy to use service

definitely, I don’t have much and never thought worth it to do a will, but realise I have more than I thought as I have 2 kids and a pension so to know this will be dealt with if anything did happen to me is good for peace of mind

So, so easy. It was all done in under 20 minutes. With an 8 month old that was so handy for me as I was able to just do it on my phone while the baby napped.

Do you feel that it has helped your peace of mind?
Absolutely. Being a new parent one of my biggest worries was what would happen to my daughter should anything happen to my husband and I. It’s so reassuring to know now that we have plans in place and our wishes have been recorded particularly in regards to the guardians of our daughter. It also prompted us to have these discussions with the people we would like to be guardians if we couldn’t ourselves.

Very, this is a great extra of the service.

How do you rate the value for money of the will writing service?
Very good pricing for what you receive. Having now seen what you get I would have been happy with what I received had I paid.

Very easy indeed, I was really impressed with the website and how the questions flowed etc. I didn't have any trouble at all. I used the live chat function and found it really easy and prompt response.

Do you feel that it has helped your peace of mind?
Absolutely has, I have been meaning to do this for a long time and feel so much happier knowing I now have something in place.

Is it reassuring to know you can easily update it any time in the future?
Yes, very. I do wonder what would happen if they went out of business though... I don't think the £10 a year is unreasonable at all really, I did enquire regarding how much for a one off update without subscription (£90) and so feels like it's probably worthwhile in the long run as the advise is to update your will every 5 years.

How do you rate the value for money of the will writing service?
Quite good, I probably would have winced if I had to pay it myself though. I would have said £60-100 maximum, although if you get the £30 off from a friend/family then that brings the price down so that's good.

Would you recommend Beyond’s will-writing service to other families?
Yes and I already have!

Overall I found this service really user friendly and easy to use. Really liked the live chat available (office hours only) I would recommend the company and both my husband and I feel highly reassured to finally tick this off the 'to do' list.
My only negative points where the lack of information up front on how the will is to be made into a joint one (they send a link to your partner after you've done your bit) and also how to make it legal, if you keep it or send it to the company for safe keeping. I used live chat to answer my queries but would have found a flow chat type thing useful at the start.

Not great. If you're willing to put the time in, you can google templates and make one at home completely free which is still legally binding. So the cost would be a little high for me as I'd rather use my free time

It was very straightforward. Wills can sometimes be perceived as long-winded and complicated to do, but this was very easy.
