We have been asked by the team at Hellmann’s to find 250 MNers to try their latest Hellmann’s Tomato Ketchup Sweetened only with Honey.

This is open to all UK MNers with at least one child at home. (see link above for ingredients).

Hellmann’s say “Hellmann’s Ketchup sweetened only with Honey. An all-natural recipe offering parents more of the ingredients they want, and less of the ingredients they don’t – 36% more tomatoes, and 30% less sugar (vs. market leader standard tomato ketchup)”

If selected, testers will be sent a bottle of Hellmann’s Tomato Ketchup Sweetened only with Honey (430ml)) – RRP £1.89, asked to try it across a week or so as normal and then to share their feedback on a thread on Mumsnet, and complete a short survey about the ketchup.

If you’d like to take part, please add your details here

We will be in touch with selected testers asap.

Everyone who takes part and who shares feedback on the thread and by completing the survey will be entered into a prize draw where one tester will win a £300 supermarket voucher for the store of their choice.

Thanks and good luck!

pigsear

Consodering the amount of ketchup the dc eat, I'd far rather it had honey in than refined sugar.

Yes but it's only lulling you into a false sense of security, it's still sugar.

Making a product that is very sugary appear, inaccurately, healthier in the minds of the majority is pretty abhorrent imo.

I would be interested in this and the taste. I try to use honey alot as a substitute to sugar because its molecule make up is different to sugar and is sweeter (so use less) I normally use it in flapjacks, banana loaf etc so I would like to see how it works with tomato sauce.

Done. Would be interesting to see if my family prefer Hellmann's to Heinz tomato sauce. My daughter loves tomato sauce so would be great to try one without as much sugar and with more tomato's in it. Thanks Grin

I got an email, lalalemon. Check your spam/junk folder as mine was hiding in there, even though the rest of my MN notifications go into my primary folder.
