Q1 Overall, how satisfied or dissatisfied were you with the Little Dish Go Gos?They were ok, but not exactly pleasant tasting. DD loved them though, but I couldn't taste the difference between the flavours. She also struggled with them being very dry and had to keep sipping a drink whilst eating them.
Q2 If Little Dish Go Gos were on sale at a price acceptable to you, do you think you would buy the products in future or not? Probably not.
Q2 If it came up, in principle, do you think you’d recommend the Little Dish Go Gos to a friend or family member or not? Why?Probably not, see above.
Q3 Which was your child’s favourite recipe/ flavour? She didn't seem drawn to any particularly.
Q4 What other sweet snacks do you currently buy for your child/children under 3 years old? Nothing specifically
Q5 What savoury snacks do you currently buy for your child/children under 3 years old? Bread sticks, cheese, raisins, Pom bears.

furryleopard · 21/01/2016 20:45

Q1 - My 16m DD ate them she seemed to like them but maybe not as much as other snacks she has. She did seem very interested in the packaging design with the characters on. I particularly liked the sticker idea to reseal as I wouldn't give her more than a couple of biscuits at 16m and other snacks she has go soft if she doesn't eat them the next day as they don't have resealable packets.
Q2 - yes I might buy them but they would need to be cheap enough to compete with the stuff we already buy, I wouldn't buy them if they were expensive as DD prefers other things.
Q2- I wouldn't not recommend them but I'm unlikely to go out of my way to recommend.
Q3- I wouldn't say any of them seemed stand out for her. I thought the vanilla was quite nice and you don't see that flavour so much for kids everything is raspberry flavoured!
Q4- DD really likes Goodies Oatibix bars and raisins, she has a chocolate button here and there. Sometimes a Heinz biscuit.
Q5- breadsticks

dimdommilpot · 21/01/2016 20:48

furryleopard · 21/01/2016 20:50

Also we thought the box packaging was crazy as well- my DH had DD in the sling and had to walk back from the sorting office with them both. But thanks for the biscuits.

lilone1234 · 21/01/2016 20:56

Thank you for selecting me to test this product!

Q1 Overall, how satisfied or dissatisfied were you with the Little Dish Go Gos?

I was satisfied with the product, they look good and the ingredients are clear. The small packs are very handy for on the go and the resealable sticker, or sticker for t-shirts, is a great idea. They do go a bit soggy and messy if not eaten quickly, and unfortunately my DD was not overly keen on them, so played with them rather than eating them at times.

Q2 If Little Dish Go Gos were on sale at a price acceptable to you, do you think you would buy the products in future or not?

In principle yes, as they are good on the go snacks. It would be good to be able to buy the small packs as single packs as well as in multi-packs too given how often little ones (or at least mine!) go on and off foods.

Q2 If it came up, in principle, do you think you’d recommend the Little Dish Go Gos to a friend or family member or not? Why?

Yes, they are good on the go snacks with unique ingredients.

Q3 Which was your child’s favourite recipe/ flavour?

Vanilla

Q4 What other sweet snacks do you currently buy for your child/children under 3 years old?

Raisins, Bear Paws, Organix soft oaty bars

Q5 What savoury snacks do you currently buy for your child/children under 3 years old?

Rice cakes, crackers, oat cakes

Q1 Overall, how satisfied or dissatisfied were you with the Little Dish Go Gos?
I was quite satisfied with the snacks. They arrived on the day we were supposed to leave for a holiday and they were perfect to bring with us on the plane. My 1 year old son love them and they did not make a big mess when eaten. He liked them a lot, but my only criticism would be the shape as I think the biscuit might be too little for 1 year olds. My DS put it all on his mouth and he managed fine but still could not bite them.
Q2 If Little Dish Go Gos were on sale at a price acceptable to you, do you think you would buy the products in future or not?
Yes, as DS liked them and they are easy to eat when out and travelling.
Q2 If it came up, in principle, do you think you’d recommend the Little Dish Go Gos to a friend or family member or not? Why?
Yes, they are quite healthy and I would be happy to recommend them.
Q3 Which was your child’s favourite recipe/ flavour?
Vanilla.
Q4 What other sweet snacks do you currently buy for your child/children under 3 years old?
Ella's Apple and Ginger biscuits, Plasmon biscuits (Italian brand)
Q5 What savoury snacks do you currently buy for your child/children under 3 years old?
Organix carrot puffs, Ella's leek and tomato puffs, rice cakes, breadsticks

confusedofengland · 21/01/2016 23:01

Q1 Overall, how satisfied or dissatisfied were you with the Little Dish Go Gos? Overall, I was fairly satisfied with them. The packs are a good size & the little sticker on them to reseal the pack is a good idea & was popular with my DSes. However, DS3 only really liked the raspberry flavour.
Q2 If Little Dish Go Gos were on sale at a price acceptable to you, do you think you would buy the products in future or not? If they were on promotion at a very good price, I would buy them.
Q2 If it came up, in principle, do you think you’d recommend the Little Dish Go Gos to a friend or family member or not? Why? I would recommend them, because they are a healthier alternative to regular biscuits.
Q3 Which was your child’s favourite recipe/ flavour? All 3 of my DSes preferred the Raspberry flavour.
Q4 What other sweet snacks do you currently buy for your child/children under 3 years old? We currently buy biscuits & fruit & sometimes cakes.
Q5 What savoury snacks do you currently buy for your child/children under 3 years old? We currently buy crackers & veg.

Thank you for giving me the opportunity to test this product!

Hollypops1 · 22/01/2016 06:32

We've tested these on my two and half year old and my one year nephew and both liked them. They were less keen on the raspberry ones and both enjoyed the ginger ones the most. I liked the packaging which is in my opinion definately the most appealing of the baby ranges. I would certainly buy these as a handy snack. They are not messy, the packets are an ideal size for going out or sending to the childminders. It is the sort of thing though that, as a treat rather than a necessity like fruit, that I would only buy when they were on offer. I'd stock up a bit then and wouldn't pay full price which I imagine will be in the 2.50 per box region?
All in all a success and we all enjoyed the chance the participate. Loved the vouchers for the free ready meals too!

Bubbles85 · 22/01/2016 06:54

Missed my delivery so DP is picking them up today. Will report back when we've tried them.

Also I haven't received the email link to the survey! Anyone else?!

millionsofpeaches · 22/01/2016 09:27

Q1 Overall, how satisfied or dissatisfied were you with the Little Dish Go Gos?

I liked the product. Nice size biscuits, nice size packet. Handy resealable sticker. Nice that they are dairy free, but a shame they couldn't also be gluten free as well as they are made with oats. Dd and her friends all liked the raspberry and ginger ones. None of them were overly keen on the vanilla ones, but they also got eaten in the end!

Q2 If Little Dish Go Gos were on sale at a price acceptable to you, do you think you would buy the products in future or not?

I would definitely buy them.

Q2 If it came up, in principle, do you think you’d recommend the Little Dish Go Gos to a friend or family member or not? Why?

Yes, friends were interested in them when I got them out and we all agreed they were a nice idea and nice product.

Q3 Which was your child’s favourite recipe/ flavour?

Raspberry and ginger

Q4 What other sweet snacks do you currently buy for your child/children under 3 years old?

Raisins, yogurt coated strawberries, Organix Rice cakes

Q5 What savoury snacks do you currently buy for your child/children under 3 years old?

Mini cheddars, pom bears

AnnMumsnet · 22/01/2016 09:31

hello - a few of you commented about the packaging for the product test - Little Dish say "We know that parcels tend to get bumped around a lot in the post, and we wanted to ensure that your Go Gos would arrive in the best condition possible. However we take your comments on board and we’ll do our best to use less packaging next time" Smile

Q1 Overall, how satisfied or dissatisfied were you with the Little Dish Go

My two (2.5 and 5) both really like them my 5 year olds favourite is the ginger, my 2.5 just seems to like them all. One thing I noticed however was the sugar content, these snacks contain much more sugar than the usual snacks they replaced ( crackers, carrots). Also using molasses in the ingredient list rather than sugar seemed a bit misleading.

They LOVE the stickers!

Q2 If Little Dish Go Gos were on sale at a price acceptable to you, do you think you would buy the products in future or not?

Yes, but not every week.

Q2 If it came up, in principle, do you think you’d recommend the Little Dish Go Gos to a friend or family member or not? Why?

Yes, for convenience.

Q3 Which was your child’s favourite recipe/ flavour?

Ginger for the 5 year old, the 2.5 year old liked them all!

Q4 What other sweet snacks do you currently buy for your child/children under 3 years old?

I rarely buy sweet snacks, but sometimes Heinz biscotti.

Q5 What savoury snacks do you currently buy for your child/children under 3 years old?

Crackers, carrots, cucumber, rice cakes ( plain).

SerenaVanDerWoodsen · 22/01/2016 13:54

Thanks for the opportunity to test these snacks.

Q1 Overall, how satisfied or dissatisfied were you with the Little Dish Gos?
Very satisfied. I like the small size, packaging and sticker for resealing (or sticking on your tshirt if you're greedy and eat them all in one go!). DD2 (18 months) seemed to like them, although only ate 4 or 5 at a time even when offered more. They were a big hit with DD4 who would happily eat a packet at a time for a snack. I thought they tasted ok but found them a bit dry, but I guess I'm not the targeted group (and would rather eat hob nobs!).

Q2 If Little Dish Go Gos were on sale at a price acceptable to you, do you think you would buy the products in future or not?
Yes, both kids seemed to like them, so they are a handy snack to carry in my bag. A nice and less messy alternative from some of our other snacks, so I think they are good for car journeys.

Q2 If it came up, in principle, do you think you’d recommend the Little Dish Go Gos to a friend or family member or not? Why?
Yes. For the reasons stated above. Kids seem to like the taste, not too messy/crumbly, resealable packet.

Q3 Which was your child’s favourite recipe/ flavour?
There didn't seem to be a particular winner. If anything, the 18month old seemed to eat less ginger ones. But it could just be that she didn't want to eat as much at that time. Overall they both seemed to like all flavours.

Q4 What other sweet snacks do you currently buy for your child/children under 3 years old?
Fresh fruit, raisins, goodies cereal bars, goodies gingerbread men, goodies animal biscuits and letter biscuits, Apple and banana crisps (can't remember make).

Q5 What savoury snacks?
Breadsticks, goodies cheese crackers

HaslandMum21 · 22/01/2016 14:42

We're not loving them here I am afraid. 15m old definitely more keen on playing in the big box they came in than eating them and 4y old big brother tried one and spat it out :( I think they both expect something sweeter when it comes out of a little treat bag like that. Smallest boy has tried all 3 flavours but really not fussed and much prefers a bowl of fruit plus one small biscuit.

Will come back and answer the survey properly after the school run...

ladypiano · 22/01/2016 15:06

Q1 Overall, how satisfied or dissatisfied were you with the Little Dish Go Gos?
-Very satisfied. They are a great snack. Portable, healthy and filling, and my son loves them. There are a good amount of packets in a box and the stickers are a great idea. We never resealed the packets, but the stickers were still enjoyed!

Q2 If Little Dish Go Gos were on sale at a price acceptable to you, do you think you would buy the products in future or not?
-Absolutely

Q2 If it came up, in principle, do you think you’d recommend the Little Dish Go Gos to a friend or family member or not? Why?
-Definitely. I have in fact already recommended them to several friends, particularly to my friends who have children with milk allergies.

Q3 Which was your child’s favourite recipe/ flavour?
-He loved them all. He is only 1 so he couldn't tell me which one he liked best, but they were all devoured!

-Raisins, banana, dried cranberries

Q5 What savoury snacks do you currently buy for your child/children under 3 years old?
-Toddler corn puff snacks, falafels

KittyKat88 · 22/01/2016 17:04

Q1 Overall, how satisfied or dissatisfied were you with the Little Dish Go Gos? I was satisfied with the snacks - DD (age3) loved the sticker - that was a nice touch - but this wasn't her first choice snack.
Q2 If Little Dish Go Gos were on sale at a price acceptable to you, do you think you would buy the products in future or not? I think my DD is at the upper age limit of the children this snack would appeal to. Therefore to retain her interest the flavours would need to be stronger.
Q2 If it came up, in principle, do you think you’d recommend the Little Dish Go Gos to a friend or family member or not? Why? I would recommend them to parents with children aged 1-2 as they felt like a healthy alternative to other snacks such as normal biscuits
Q3 Which was your child’s favourite recipe/ flavour? Her favourite choice was vanilla
Q4 What other sweet snacks do you currently buy for your child/children under 3 years old? She enjoys rice cakes (unsalted) and normal oatcake biscuits.
Q5 What savoury snacks do you currently buy for your child/children under 3 years old? Rice cakes, oatcake biscuits, crisps (eg pombears)

poppops10 · 22/01/2016 17:07

Q1)they were ok but I probably won't buy them my 4 year old wolfed them down all flavours but the 2.5yr old found them too hard and spat them out. They taste like All bran.
Q2) maybe for an older child I wouldn't discourage some one from buying their children might like them.
Q3)Raspberry and the vanilla the ginger the flavours were nice just too hard.
Q4) they like rich tea biscuits, and fruit and chocolate.
Q5) babybel, occassionally breadsticks.

Thanks for sending them and for the massive box to play with x

Rishi79 · 22/01/2016 18:12

Q1 Overall, how satisfied or dissatisfied were you with the Little Dish Go Gos?
Quite satisfied. I like the packaging and the size of it. The ingredients were clearly stated and I like the concept of having an animal featured on the packaging and associating a name rhyming to it.

The Sticker concept to reseal the pack is very attractive. I didn't notice it until my older one mentioned it to me.

Though they both like it, they never managed to finish the whole pack in one go. They "Like it but not Loving it" that much. It is expected as it hasn't got their "Crisp taste" in it and being a biscuit doesn't seem to attract them more. But they do snack it whenever it is left on the table!

Q2 If Little Dish Go Gos were on sale at a price acceptable to you, do you think you would buy the products in future or not?
Probably Yes, May be smaller pack/ mix of all flavours rather than sticking to just one of many.

Q2 If it came up, in principle, do you think you’d recommend the Little Dish Go Gos to a friend or family member or not? Why?
Yes, I will. I find them much better than the crisps and if the child likes it, it is a bonus. I have offered few packs to the friends and did receive a positive feedback from them.

Q3 Which was your child’s favourite recipe/ flavour?
3 votes for Ginger and the little one likes Vanilla.

Q4 What other sweet snacks do you currently buy for your child/children under 3 years old?
Bahlsen Zoo, Oreo, Jammies

Q5 What savoury snacks do you currently buy for your child/children under 3 years old?
pombear and walkers salted

HaslandMum21 · 22/01/2016 19:03

Q1 Overall, how satisfied or dissatisfied were you with the Little Dish Go Gos?
-Somewhere in between! Initially my 15 month old pushed them away and 4y old spat out the one he tried but I think the smallest boy is starting to like them a bit more, especially if I let him hold the packet and pick them out himself. I think they both prefer something sweeter though.

Q2 If Little Dish Go Gos were on sale at a price acceptable to you, do you think you would buy the products in future or not?
-I don't think so

Q2 If it came up, in principle, do you think you’d recommend the Little Dish Go Gos to a friend or family member or not? Why?
-I'll tell my friends we tested them but would also have to tell them my boys weren't that keen

Q3 Which was your child’s favourite recipe/ flavour?
-The raspberry ones seem to have been the most popular of the three flavours

Q4 What other sweet snacks do you currently buy for your child/children under 3 years old?
-Raisins, Organix gingerbread men, Heinz biscotti, flavoured rice cakes, Organix fruity bars

Q5 What savoury snacks do you currently buy for your child/children under 3 years old?

Q1. Overall very satisfied. The DC enjoyed them. We had them plain and also tried them dipped in yoghurt, which went down well. Didn't find them too dry, though maybe not the most exciting of tastes. My 3 year old would eat any biscuits she was offered frankly.
Q2. Yes I would buy them again, though ideally I should be giving the kids more savoury snacks and these do still have molasses in.
Q3. I don't normally recommend snacks tbh, but nothing against these. The sticker idea is inspired.
Q4. They were all good. Probably the ginger ones went down best. And, like a previous poster has mentioned, the gerbils love the packaging!!
Q5. Sweet snacks- muffin, oaty bars, ella's kitchen sachets of pureed fruit, goodies biscuits, raisins
Q6. Savoury snacks- bread Sticks, pom bears, pretzels, goodies carrot sticks or tomato rings

Thank you for the opportunity to take part. I am afraid I don't have a link to an online survey as well, will you send a reminder?

idlevice · 22/01/2016 20:37

Q1 Overall, how satisfied or dissatisfied were you with the Little Dish Go Gos?
Very satisfied: good quantity in good-sized pack, good to have resealable pack (but would never need this for my DSs tho!) & sticker was an unexpected nice feature, packaging looks good for kids and full of good info for carers, good shape for putting on fingers or straws/pretending to be eyes/numbers/letters etc No down points from me.
Q2 If Little Dish Go Gos were on sale at a price acceptable to you, do you think you would buy the products in future or not?
Yes, likely to buy - especially if on multi-pack offers!
Q2 If it came up, in principle, do you think you’d recommend the Little Dish Go Gos to a friend or family member or not? Why?
Yes, as it is a healthier option for a treat-type food
Q3 Which was your child’s favourite recipe/ flavour?
All!
Q4 What other sweet snacks do you currently buy for your child/children under 3 years old?
Dried fruit snacks, other biscuits, flavoured rice cakes, youghurt tubes
Q5 What savoury snacks do you currently buy for your child/children under 3 years old?
Various crisps + crackers, cheese products

Older DS aged 7 also liked these. I'd like to have similar products available aimed at the older children.
