Mumsnetters needed to test the Miele G6410SC Dishwasher worth £999! NOW CLOSED

Miele are looking for 10 Mumsnetters to test out their G6410SC Dishwasher.

Here's what Miele say, "The G6410SC freestanding dishwasher will provide you with the opportunity to run a more economical wash cycle whenever you need to clean your dishes and glassware. With a high energy efficiency rating of A+++, you can reduce the amount you need to spend on running an appliance within your home."

If selected, you'll be sent the Miele G6410SC to try for a few weeks and so long as you add feedback as required you will be able to keep the product.

If selected, you will be sent the Miele G6410SC towards the end of October, and asked to try it for two weeks. You will then need to try it and add feedback to a thread on Mumsnet. At the end of the testing period, we'd also like you to post a review on the Mumsnet review pages. In order to keep the product, you would need to add your feedback by the 23rd of November, so please only apply if you are able to do this.

Please note: testers will be receiving the Miele G6410SC in brilliant white. The G6410SC is a freestanding dishwasher, which is 60 cm wide by 60 cm deep. Please only apply if you are able to fit this dishwasher in your kitchen.

5 of the 10 participants may also need to film a few videos. Those MNers will receive an additional £50 voucher to spend on dishwasher detergents in the Miele online shop as a thank you for filming.

Mine is now in my utility room doing a salt wash before I use it. Anyone know where/how we load up the feedback? I'm so thrilled the last two weeks without a dishwasher have been dire.

Lovely Miele delivery men installed it but I was mortified they arrived at 9.45 and I was in my dressing gown because DS is ill and I'm in a bit of tizz.

I am spending my day cleaning and clearing my kitchen!

Then I need to uninstal the old dishwasher and check for dead mice behind it

Mine isn't coming until next Thursday but at least it is coming, I had almost given up hope
They rang today to say tomorrow or Thursday, but I can't change my shifts at such short notice so next week it is. Only gives me 6 days before the feedback needs to be in.
I'll need to check for mice too Owl, there was a rather desicated one under the washer when the new one arrived, the delivery man looked like he might be sick

Thank goodness someone else is as slovenly :o we had a bad mouse infestation about 6 years ago and the current dishwasher is integrated and this has not been removed at all. It will could be awful.

No idea about feedback though - assuming MNHQ will let us know what we have to do.

First load on - it's super quiet. BTW they uninstalled and removed our old dishwasher OwlCapone and apparently said they had seen messier kitchens which I struggle to believe. But it was not integrated not sure if that makes a difference.

Its the bleeding cats bring the mice in, they hide under something (when the evil buggers little darlings get bored of playing with torturing them, and then die of injuries/shock I am not a very good housewife really

Oh, mine would have been one of those! I had been putting off a deep clean and clear for, er, forever! Old Dishwasher has been on about 3 times today. I plan to make jam tomorrow. A nice burnt on jam pan will be a super test for the Miele!

CMP60 my mice were residents until I got a cat, now I only get the occasional dead one. Haven't heard any squeaking or nibbling since! I am still worried about what horrors lurk behind the dishwasher though. Skeletons by now I hope. I'm going to pull the old DW out before they get here I think.

Ooh. I didn't realise they'd be installing it too. Mine is coming Thursday, better get Dh to pull our deceased one out so I can clean behind it...haven't cleaned under it for over 18m

Will they uninstal an integrated one? I can not work out how to remove the damn thing!

Ours being delivered today. Any of you know where to post feedback yet? We're going to offer up our still functioning current dishwasher to friends but I want to know I can definitely keep the Miele before I do so! Am assuming that I'm not supposed to be videoing since I haven't heard.

My kind dad just let the guys in. They delivered but said they weren't there to fit it. Bicnod/MrsMarigold did the guys who delivered actually install or was it someone else?

Well, I now have a sparkly new Miele in a box in my kitchen and a battered Neff wedged half in and half out.

I need to hire a dishwasher installer now!

I've de-boxed mine and the dishwasher is all wet inside
