hello! I have just signed up now... eeeekkk

So I tried to get signed up yesterday and it didn't work! It hung on the payment verification page, the one with the clock. Tried twice and both times it hung for about 20 minutes. I emailed Angelie but she's out of office. Thought I'd mention it on here in case there is anyone else from MNHQ who may happen to read this who can help, Angelie's out of office message gave an email address to use if 'it's urgent' which I don't think it is really, I can probably wait until she is back!

I got it fixed (it would seem the WW website doesn't like a Mac using Safari) and I'm all signed up, ready for when I do my shopping in the coming week!

So if you not going to a class do you go online to their website or use an app once you have signed up?
Is it easy to understand?
Once I'm back from Valencia I will look into signing up.

I found it pretty easy to understand - you do need to browse around, and read the stuff on the site. A lot of the introductory blurb you get as you log in says "You may have learned about this in your meeting but to read more, click here" etc. I think this is because we're set up with the codes that people would purchase AT a meeting - if you knew you were going to do it online only and you were paying for it, you would choose the online-only option (so the price is lower), having Monthly Pass usually means you plan to do both.
