Perfect timing as I have started my exercise classes etc this week but diet hasn't wen going so well!!! Where do we sign up? Just go to the weight watchers website? Email wasn't clear??

Yes done that so will wait for further info. Just had a poached egg on whole meal past for my breakfast then spoiled it by having a choc chip cake bar!! Aaah can't help helping myself to the kids lunch box stuff!!

How much have the other testers got to lose? I want to lose 3 stone.

Oh Wow! I got an email. I can't believe it. I just thought this morning I must take action. I would like to lose 6 stone but realistically 5 would be fantastic (I don't expect this to happen in 3 months). There is a meeting about a mile and a half from me at a suitable time so I think I will go to that.

I think you can do it online but I will definitely be more motivated with a class. Luckily there is one near me with a time to suit.
