Kitchen cleaner

  • How easy or difficult did you find the Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner to use?
Very easy. No mess and easy to open.
  • How effective did you find Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner?
As effective as any other regular kitchen cleaner I've used.
  • Did you find that you used Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner more regularly than your other cleaning products or not? If so, how often did you use Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner?
I didn't, but DH said he was using it more because it was there on the side as a prompt.
  • The RRP for the Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner is £2.99, do you think you'll be likely to buy it again or not? If so, why? If not why not?
I usually spend £1 on a Dettol/own brand spray for the kitchen, and I'm not sure if I could justify spending three times the amount just to make sure DH used it.
  • Mr Muscle Touch-Up cleaner is currently available for the kitchen and bathroom. Would you like Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner for other areas of your house? If so, which areas?
Nowhere.
  • What did you like most about Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner?
I liked the convenient dispenser because it didn't stand out when left on the side, and the fragrance was pleasant.
  • If it came up in conversation, would you recommend Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner to your friends/family? If so why? If not, why not?
I don't think so, simply because of the price. It's no better than the other kitchen cleaners I've used that cost far less.
sc00ter · 02/09/2013 12:20

Hi

I have now received my sample product (kitchen Touch-up)

I find it very easy to use with the push down action of the product, as its always on the ledge I don't bother to twist to lock the lid.

I find its a nice discrete size and even looks kind of pretty sitting there on my kitchen window ledge.

Love the scent its pleasant and not over powering.

I have done as the bottle said and used it and then let it dry, to disinfect my surfaces i use to chop veg etc. (chopping boards)
I found this very good and left the surfaces clean. :)

Also love the fact i can grab a piece of kitchen paper and your away.

I have a halogen hob and it came up nice and shiny, however it was not what you would say really dirty before hand, you know no major spills!!

I already use Mr Muscle sprays for the bathroom / kitchen and am pleased with the results and i can use them on tougher stains.

One down side:
I am sorry to say, the price- I think at nearly £3.00 is a little bit much for some people to spend on a bottle of cleaning materials.

So all in all - Yes I do like the product.

But saying ALL that I have used it a lot on general clean ups as
a) its always at hand
b) easy use
C) my kids even find it novel and have used it.
(they are teens by the way)

I would recommend it and buy it as its an easy to use product, even though a little more than I would usually pay. :) :)

Here are my first thoughts after using the Touch Up cleaner for two days.

  • How easy or difficult did you find the Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner to use?
At first I thought it would be difficult to use, couldn't work out how to dispense the cleaner. However, having used the cleaner I am very impressed. One press dispenses liquid onto the cloth for wiping down the work surfaces.
  • How effective did you find Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner?
One press seems to dispense enough cleaner to wipe down one work surface, which is fine. Obviously I don't know how well it is killing off the germs, but it does wipe off any spills or grease.
  • Did you find that you used Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner more regularly than your other cleaning products or not? If so, how often did you use Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner?
Before I was using a spray on cleaner, now I am using Touch Up cleaner. Either way, I would always use it every morning and after cooking anyway.
  • The RRP for the Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner is £2.99, do you think you'll be likely to buy it again or not? If so, why? If not why not?
For me that is a little too expensive. I tend to pay only up to £2 for cleaner.
  • Mr Muscle Touch-Up cleaner is currently available for the kitchen and bathroom. Would you like Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner for other areas of your house? If so, which areas?
No, I think that covers everything I would need it for.
  • What did you like most about Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner?
The unusual way of dispensing the cleaner and the small handy bottle that I don't mind having standing around next to the sink.
  • If it came up in conversation, would you recommend Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner to your friends/family? If so why? If not, why not?
So far I am pleased with the product and would recommend it for use.
gazzalw · 02/09/2013 12:57

How easy or difficult did you find the Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner to use?

We didn't find it that easy to use at all - It seemed to me that I got more cleaner sprayed on me than on the bathroom items I was trying to clean!

It looked good though Wink.

  • How effective did you find Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner?

It seemed to do a relatively good job and I really like the smell - quite natural and unchemical-like which is always a positive!

  • Did you find that you used Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner more regularly than your other cleaning products or not? If so, how often did you use Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner?

As used it as often as I would have done any other cleaning product. In our household we tend to use bathroom cleaners on a needs-must basis!

  • The RRP for the Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner is £2.99, do you think you'll be likely to buy it again or not? If so, why? If not why not?

Not at that price and considering we've used nearly a third of it since Friday it would have to have a RRP of about £1.00 to seriously consider using it on a regular basis!

  • Mr Muscle Touch-Up cleaner is currently available for the kitchen and bathroom. Would you like Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner for other areas of your house? If so, which areas?

For floors?

  • What did you like most about Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner?

Esthetically the Touch-Up Cleaner looked a lot better than most bathroom cleaners!

The smell as very good too...fresh but not too strong as to be very noticeable...

  • If it came up in conversation, would you recommend Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner to your friends/family? If so why? If not, why not?

Possibly although I rarely have conversations about cleaners! The sort of thing that DW might recommend to her female friends who go for 'pretty looking' household items!

Lazycoon · 02/09/2013 13:22

I tested the kitchen cleaner over the weekend.
Huge advantage is the bottle design. I love it. With 7 month old baby things can get rather messy. So it's really easy to use, no spraying (and overspraying), no bottle caps (which I always loose). Tested it on wood, plastic, ceramic. It leaves the surface nice and clean. Will definitely try the bathroom cleaner.

Fillybuster · 02/09/2013 13:36

Thank you for selecting us for the trial. We received the kitchen cleaner last Thursday.

  • How easy or difficult did you find the Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner to use?

Very easy, once we'd mastered the idea of putting the cloth on top before pressing down....felt a bit odd to start with!

  • How effective did you find Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner?

Great, but no better/worse than Mr Muscle kitchen spray, or our Dettol/Mr Muscle all-surfaces cleaner

  • Did you find that you used Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner more regularly than your other cleaning products or not? If so, how often did you use Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner?

Probably, because it sits out on the kitchen windowsill (the normal cleaner is in a cupboard under the sink), so it was that tiny bit more accessible. And it helps that it smells really nice, which is quite a bit incentive for using it :)

  • The RRP for the Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner is £2.99, do you think you'll be likely to buy it again or not? If so, why? If not why not?

It's a bit steep - I tend to bulk buy whichever branded kitchen cleaner is on offer in the supermarket for around £1/£1.50 a bottle.

  • Mr Muscle Touch-Up cleaner is currently available for the kitchen and bathroom. Would you like Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner for other areas of your house? If so, which areas?

For us, the the kitchen is the only area of the house where cleaning fluid is likely to be used on a daily basis.

  • What did you like most about Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner?

It's very accessible (because it sits out on the windowsill), doesn't spray everywhere (so I don't have to inhale it!) and smells delicious. As a result, I've been using it quite a lot in instances where I might just use a damp cloth to wipe down - and the kitchen is gleaming as a result!

  • If it came up in conversation, would you recommend Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner to your friends/family? If so why? If not, why not?

Possibly...I don't tend to chat to my friends or family about cleaning products, but I would tell them I liked it if someone commented on the bottle in the kitchen.

CMOTDibbler · 02/09/2013 16:11

Am v pleased with mine, and will buy again. I like the bottle design, and having it sat there makes it much more accessible for a quick swipe round. DS and dh like it too, and I've seen them both cleaning with it Grin

SmilingandWaving · 02/09/2013 16:58

How easy or difficult did you find the Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner to use?

It's very easy to use.

How effective did you find Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner?

It seemed to clean just as effectively as any other cleaner & smelt nice.

Did you find that you used Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner more regularly than your other cleaning products or not? If so, how often did you use Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner?

I haven't used it any more often than I what I was using before, but then we got the bathroom one and as DS is only just potty trained I tend to wipe around quite regularly anyway!

The RRP for the Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner is £2.99, do you think you'll be likely to buy it again or not? If so, why? If not why not?

I wouldn't buy it as I can't see how it differs in any way to a usual spray cleaner, as far as I can see it just comes in gimmicky packaging.

Mr Muscle Touch-Up cleaner is currently available for the kitchen and bathroom. Would you like Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner for other areas of your house? If so, which areas?

No

What did you like most about Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner?

The smell is nice.

If it came up in conversation, would you recommend Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner to your friends/family? If so why? If not, why not?

I might mention it if we were talking about cleaning in general but I don't think I'd recommend it as I really can't see any benefit to it.

GwenCooper81 · 02/09/2013 17:17

I received mine the other day. I've got the kitchen cleaner and so far so good Smile

the design is great, works well but you need more kitchen roll than you think as it squirts and drips. Looks fantastic on my sink though.

works really well, especiall he left to soak in. It did a fairly good job on my disgusting cooker, though I still followed it up with oven pride.

2.99 perfect price, would buy and recommend.

I would like to see a polish / antibacterial hybrid for door jambs, coffee tables etc.

love it! thank you!

TeaAndCakeOrDeath · 02/09/2013 18:03
  • How easy or difficult did you find the Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner to use?

Found it easy to use as a concept - twist top, place spong on top and press down

  • How effective did you find Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner?

Found it effective at cleaning but cant say anymore then with a sponge damp with water, except for germ killing properties

  • Did you find that you used Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner more regularly than your other cleaning products or not? If so, how often did you use Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner?

Used it more then normal cleaner but only to test it for this feedback

  • The RRP for the Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner is £2.99, do you think you'll be likely to buy it again or not? If so, why? If not why not?

Not at that price - £1 spray is as effective

  • Mr Muscle Touch-Up cleaner is currently available for the kitchen and bathroom. Would you like Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner for other areas of your house? If so, which areas?

Polish - spray a cloth and wipe dust

  • What did you like most about Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner?

The novelty of the product

  • If it came up in conversation, would you recommend Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner to your friends/family? If so why? If not, why not?

No, too expensive for what it is and I think you're paying for the 'concept' than the product, also didn't think it smelt that nice, bit like hospitals.

SisterMatic · 02/09/2013 19:05
  • How easy or difficult did you find the Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner to use? really easy application
  • How effective did you find Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner?
didnt shift heavy grime but makes surfaces really shiny of you are after a light clean
  • Did you find that you used Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner more regularly than your other cleaning products or not? If so, how often did you use Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner?
i used it pretty much every day in the sink and toilet handles to keep on top of cleaning. It was very easy just to quickly dispense it onto some loo roll and off you go
  • The RRP for the Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner is £2.99, do you think you'll be likely to buy it again or not? If so, why? If not why not?
i thin for the price I would like it to be able to tackle tougher grime, if a stronger version was brought out I would be happy to buy it. I would buy the existing product of it was on special offer.
  • Mr Muscle Touch-Up cleaner is currently available for the kitchen and bathroom. Would you like Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner for other areas of your house? If so, which areas?

i would like to try a polish version see how it tackles the dust

  • What did you like most about Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner?
i like how it looks, I can keep it out on the bathroom shelf. It's easily dispensed, smells nice and brings a lovely shine which I don't get with my usual product
  • If it came up in conversation, would you recommend Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner to your friends/family? If so why? If not, why not?
yes I would and I have recommended it to family
WowOoo · 02/09/2013 19:09

Thanks for letting me test this.

I didn't like it, I'm afraid. It was easy to use but I prefer to be able to directly spray something and then wipe it off with hot water.

I wouldn't want to leave it on any surface. I like cleaning stuff to be out of view and put away after use.

I have children and wouldn't want to chance them pressing it and squirting themselves in the eyes.
Also when I used it for the very first squirt I misjudged it and it could have gone on my clothes. With a spray this is less likely to happen.

I wouldn't spend £2.99 on it and I wouldn't really recommend it either.

I used my usual anti bac and another cleaner upstairs.

Rishi79 · 02/09/2013 19:17

we have got Mr Muscle sink and appliances.

  • How easy or difficult did you find the Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner to use?
Not difficult at all. I like the method of touch up clean as i dont have to spray it on that might go on the things on the kitchen top
  • How effective did you find Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner?
fairly effective, the sink was looking bright and i have used it on our wooden floor for a and when cleaning and also on the kitchen top.
  • Did you find that you used Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner more regularly than your other cleaning products or not? If so, how often did you use Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner?
Every time when I am out of kitchen doing something, atleast once everyday usually after the last dish cleaning of the day on the sink and whenever there was a spill on the floor. Worked perfect. the touchup was more attractive and made me to use it more.
  • The RRP for the Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner is £2.99, do you think you'll be likely to buy it again or not? If so, why? If not why not?
Yes I will definitely. Will replace my usual spray cans as i dont have to bother about keeping them closed and turning them on whenever i have to use it. there is no risk of spill and I love the design of the product too.
  • Mr Muscle Touch-Up cleaner is currently available for the kitchen and bathroom. Would you like Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner for other areas of your house? If so, which areas?
Wish I had a chance to test the bathroom one as well as my toddler is potty training and we have two bathrooms at home and would have been of much use. What about glass and window?
  • What did you like most about Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner?
the design and the smell and no need to spray on everything that doesnt need a chemical really. Effective and affordable price.
  • If it came up in conversation, would you recommend Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner to your friends/family? If so why? If not, why not?
Ofcourse. I will.

Thanks for giving a chance to review.

PrincessYoni · 02/09/2013 19:18
  • How easy or difficult did you find the Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner to use?

Very easy. Just press down on it with a cloth.

  • How effective did you find Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner?

Very effective for a quick wipe round on lightly soiled surfaces but it struggles with dried on soiled areas.

It was good at cleaning lime scale off the side of the kettle.

  • Did you find that you used Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner more regularly than your other cleaning products or not? If so, how often did you use Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner?

Yes as it sits out on the side and doesn't run down your fingers when you use it like a spray bottle can.

  • The RRP for the Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner is £2.99, do you think you'll be likely to buy it again or not? If so, why? If not why not?

I'd buy it if it were reduced. I think it's a more realistic price at £1.99. It's a great and easy product but quite expensive at £2.99 and I would be disinclined to buy it at that cost as the benefits are not enough to justify the price.

  • Mr Muscle Touch-Up cleaner is currently available for the kitchen and bathroom. Would you like Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner for other areas of your house? If so, which areas?

It might be good as a furniture polish or touch up leather cleaner.

  • What did you like most about Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner?

Nice discreet packaging to sit on the side in the kitchen out of the way but very easy to use.

  • If it came up in conversation, would you recommend Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner to your friends/family? If so why? If not,

Yes I would, but not for minimalist people who like uncluttered work surfaces! It is a bit expensive to justify recommending it to family and friends on a limited budget though.

tinypumpkin · 02/09/2013 19:53

Feedback on kitchen cleaner

How easy or difficult did you find the Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner to use?

Easy to use

  • How effective did you find Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner?

I found that it cleaned well. Nothing more amazing than my usual cleaner but a good job.

  • Did you find that you used Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner more regularly than your other cleaning products or not? If so, how often did you use Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner?

I used it about the same as my usual cleaner. That might be more to do with my slack cleaning regime though! In terms of amount perhaps I used less of Mr Muscle than my usual cleaner on each go.

  • The RRP for the Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner is £2.99, do you think you'll be likely to buy it again or not? If so, why? If not why not?

I think it is far too expensive for what it is. I do like it though.

  • Mr Muscle Touch-Up cleaner is currently available for the kitchen and bathroom. Would you like Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner for other areas of your house? If so, which areas?

No, I can't see what other areas would need a specific cleaner to be developed.

  • What did you like most about Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner?

I really liked the smell, a sucker for orange smelling things!

  • If it came up in conversation, would you recommend Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner to your friends/family? If so why? If not, why not?

I would in terms of smell and being a bit different. The price is a massive issue for me though.

NotjustaMummy · 02/09/2013 19:58

Not impressed. The pump was fussy and you needed so much product to make an impact on the work top it would have been quicker to get the rubber gloves and spray and do it properly. I'd been hoping for something as easy as wipes for small patches of mess but with less waste and was disappointed. Also it seems too easy for a toddler to figure out the twist lock. Mine would cause disaster with it in seconds.

ThePortlyPinUp · 02/09/2013 20:20
  • How easy or difficult did you find the Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner to use?

I found it quite messy to use the pump actually, I think i'd prefer a traditional spray or pour.

  • How effective did you find Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner?

It was very effective and cutting through butter on my worktop, as a touch up it's not had to much to cope with mainly giving the counters a quick once over regularly throughout the day, it really freshens the kitchen too.

  • Did you find that you used Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner more regularly than your other cleaning products or not? If so, how often did you use Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner?

As a touch up product i've used it a lot, I have been using my regular cleaner for the real cleaning.

  • The RRP for the Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner is £2.99, do you think you'll be likely to buy it again or not? If so, why? If not why not?

Probably if it was on sale, I think it would last a while as it's been used in conjunction with my regular cleaner, so would be quite good value.

  • Mr Muscle Touch-Up cleaner is currently available for the kitchen and bathroom. Would you like Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner for other areas of your house? If so, which areas?

I don't think so, i'd use it in other areas of the house anyway as I like the fresh scent.

  • What did you like most about Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner?

The scent and how fresh it made my kitchen smell.

  • If it came up in conversation, would you recommend Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner to your friends/family? If so why? If not, why not?

Probably, especially if it was on offer.

DefiniteMaybe · 02/09/2013 20:41
  • How easy or difficult did you find the Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner to use?
Very easy, I like the push down top.
  • How effective did you find Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner?
Very effective, I found it excellent for cleaning my kitchen, bathroom and dining table. It made my stainless steel cooker splashback very very shiny.
  • Did you find that you used Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner more regularly than your other cleaning products or not? If so, how often did you use Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner?
Yes, since receiving the Touch up cleaner I haven't touched my other cleaners, which is a huge compliment to it as I haven't liked a different cleaner for years.
  • The RRP for the Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner is £2.99, do you think you'll be likely to buy it again or not? If so, why? If not why not?
£2.99 sounds about right but is generally out of my price range, I would definitely buy it if it was on offer though.
  • Mr Muscle Touch-Up cleaner is currently available for the kitchen and bathroom. Would you like Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner for other areas of your house? If so, which areas?
I used the kitchen version in all cleaning areas
  • What did you like most about Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner?
I like the bottle it comes in and the fact that it's not a spray, I like the smell and the fact that it gets up dirt very easily.
  • If it came up in conversation, would you recommend Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner to your friends/family? If so why? If not, why not?
Yes, for the above reasons.
domesticslattern · 02/09/2013 20:58

Bathroom cleaner. I have to preface my comments by saying a) thank you for this product test and b) that this is a very alarming product for anyone with curious small children/ a myopic DH and I am going to give it away as soon as possible!

  • How easy or difficult did you find the Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner to use?
It was easy to use but spurted everywhere on the first go.
  • How effective did you find Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner?
Yes it worked OK. Smelt OK.
  • Did you find that you used Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner more regularly than your other cleaning products or not? If so, how often did you use Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner?
I don't want to have any more bottles on display so the whole premise doesn't really work for me. We have a small bathroom and space is at a premium. Also I didn't think the bottle was a thing of beauty - like Method bottles etc.- so I popped it in a cupboard with a child lock, which kind of defeats the whole object. If you had a big bathroom with lots of space and didn't mind looking at the bottle all the time then it's quite a good idea. But not for me.
  • The RRP for the Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner is £2.99, do you think you'll be likely to buy it again or not? If so, why? If not why not?
No I wouldn't. I only buy cleaning products on BOGOFs anyway. £2.99 is a lot.
  • Mr Muscle Touch-Up cleaner is currently available for the kitchen and bathroom. Would you like Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner for other areas of your house? If so, which areas?
No. I don't want any more bottles around the place thanks.
  • What did you like most about Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner?
Nothing, sorry.
  • If it came up in conversation, would you recommend Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner to your friends/family? If so why? If not, why not?
I would actively unrecommend it to anyone with kids. I have a crazy 19 month old who loves to climb and a five year old who loves to play with things especially liquid. They are both mesmerised by this product! It simply doesn't feel safe to have it around, given all of the hazardous chemicals warnings on the back. (Lactic acid in the eyes, kids?) As well as them, my DH and casual visitors would also easily mistake this for soap- in fact, in the picture on the front of the cardboard packaging, it is displayed exactly like hand soap on a sink. Having said all that, I would have loved this product when I lived alone in my twenties and never cleaned properly.

Im late to the party as mine arrived late on Friday ,wet through and with a bust envelope. Half of the contents had leaked out so I only have a partial amount to use to test.Luckily I only have a wee kitchen :)

  • How easy or difficult did you find the Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner to use?
Very easy. I liked the way the top is used for delivering the liquid. It doesn't make me cough though which is always a plus point in my books.
  • How effective did you find Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner?
Good - does the trick for usual surface cleaning but needs a good bit of elbow grease for ..um.. grease.
  • Did you find that you used Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner more regularly than your other cleaning products or not? If so, how often did you use Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner?
Well, at the moment I use it for all cleaning and will continue to do so until the contents run out.
  • The RRP for the Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner is £2.99, do you think you'll be likely to buy it again or not? If so, why? If not why not?Im not sure I will. the price is much more than I usually pay and it really doesnt do much more than other products. I will however reuse the bottle-that is a great invention.
  • Mr Muscle Touch-Up cleaner is currently available for the kitchen and bathroom. Would you like Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner for other areas of your house? If so, which areas?
No. I dont use anything on glass or mirrors and I use whatever comes to hand for floors etc.I already use Mr muscle for bathrooms which is excellent.
  • What did you like most about Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner?
The bottle.
  • If it came up in conversation, would you recommend Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner to your friends/family? If so why? If not, why not?
I would mention it if asked specifically what I was using now but it isn't that much different a product in my experience. However , as I said , the bottle is great.

Finally got mine.

I liked the bottle and found it as easy to use as the conventional spray.

It was effective but I didn't notice it any more so than my other cleaning products.

No I used it the same amount as I would use other products , however given the late delivery I haven't had much time to use it.

I personally don't think I would pay the rrp as I don't stay loyal to any cleaning products I just buy the cheapest or Bogof offers. I think it is quite expensive.

I don't usually buy for different areas I tend to have one antibacterial spray that I use all over the house. I don't really see the benefit to buying lots of different 'same' products.

Probably the scent was my favourite.

Yes I would recommend it and would purchase it again if it was on offer.

I tested the bathroom version of the product.

  • How easy or difficult did you find the Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner to use? Very easy. The pump squirts onto your cloth without making a mess and the design of the bottle means you can do this one handed and without any wobbles of the bottle. The cleaner seems quite vinegar based and so doesn't have an overbearing chemical smell and cleans well on glass surfaces.
  • How effective did you find Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner? Great on chrome, tiles and mirrors. Streak free and left a good shine. Removed soap and toothpaste marks no problem. No fumes from the cleaning formula which is good when cleaning in a confined space. Struggled a bit in areas that were awkward to reach like behind the taps as it doesn't foam or cream up, but perfectly good at all other areas.
  • Did you find that you used Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner more regularly than your other cleaning products or not? If so, how often did you use Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner? Less than a standard cleaner which is required for more stubborn stains or where you need a cleaner that foams up to reach awkward nooks and crannies. This cleaner was great for a quick clean rather than a deep clean, say just before visitors come by.
  • The RRP for the Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner is £2.99, do you think you'll be likely to buy it again or not? If so, why? If not why not? Seems a little expensive for me but perhaps I would buy if on promotion. I would probably choose wipes over this product as a similarly convenient but cheaper option.
  • Mr Muscle Touch-Up cleaner is currently available for the kitchen and bathroom. Would you like Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner for other areas of your house? If so, which areas? The only one I can think of is a nursery cleaner for changing mat area.
  • What did you like most about Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner? The dispenser is much better than regular spray pumps and more attractive too.
  • If it came up in conversation, would you recommend Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner to your friends/family? If so why? If not, why not? Yes as a quick clean alternative option to wipes, especially when your cleaning products are on show.

I had the kitchen cleaner, which was a nice surprise as I didn't realise I had been chosen!

  • How easy or difficult did you find the Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner to use?
It was a straight forward design. I liked the look and feel of the bottle. I felt that it didn't it wet enough, as I had to keep putting it on the cloth or paper towel. Maybe because I was trying to clean instead of just touching up.
  • How effective did you find Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner?
When it has just been put on the cloth it was quite effective. It removed dirt straight away that before I would have to wait for the spray to work on.
  • Did you find that you used Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner more regularly than your other cleaning products or not? If so, how often did you use Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner?
I used it the same as other cleaner
  • The RRP for the Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner is £2.99, do you think you'll be likely to buy it again or not? If so, why? If not why not?
Probably not at that price as I usually stock up on cleaners when they are on offer for £1
  • Mr Muscle Touch-Up cleaner is currently available for the kitchen and bathroom. Would you like Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner for other areas of your house? If so, which areas?
Carpet maybe? My toddler is always spilling things on the carpet!
  • What did you like most about Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner?
I liked the idea of it. I probably didnt use it as a touch up cleaner enough, as I used it as a more general cleaner. I tend to make one big mess then tidy it all at the end. But I like that it would work as a touch up cleaner well. I liked the look- it was much nicer to look at than most bold designs :) I also liked that it didnt have an over powering smell.
  • If it came up in conversation, would you recommend Mr Muscle Touch-Up Cleaner to your friends/family? If so why? If not, why not?
I would :)
