My son is 18 months so it was more getting him used to the idea of being able to take down and pull up like undies as we are thinking of introducing the potty in the next few months.
Q1: These nappies still have the pampers quality and are very absorbent. Also, it wasn't too much hassle when the nappy was dirty as you can just tear the sides and then it's pretty much like a regular nappy clean up job.
Q2 Yes they were easy to use however I would suggest that some more thought goes into the little sticky tab at the back as it doesn't really contain the poo if the nappy is dirty. May I suggest some side tabs instead?
Q3 Pampers were the first pull up nappy I have used.
Q4 Would recommend to others
Q5 Good quality nappy but it is a bit pricey.

collette0409 · 26/07/2013 17:25

I've been using mine for just a couple of days and am completely impressed already. They are so much easier than regular nappies for my 16 month old and hold in the wetness very well but have notice if a very wet nappies happens they do start to come down.

hmelevski · 26/07/2013 18:20

my boy is 8 months old, we tried size 4 nappies.

Q1 I would definitely use them again, because it never leaked and is soft and comfortable for my baby.
Q2 i did struggle to put nappies on. i torn few of them while trying to piut it on my baby. i wish it was stronger on sides.
Q3 i did not try any similar nappies in this particular category, so can't compare it.
Q4 i would recommend this nappy for dryness and comfort.
Q5 these nappies are too expensive for my little one, as he is only 8 months old, and I used one pack in 3-4days. I would only buy it again, if it is on offer. I guess it is ok for potty training as you do not use so many of them.

shutitweirdo · 26/07/2013 19:10

Q1 What was your overall impression of Pampers Easy Up Pants? Would
you use them again? If so, why? If not, why not?

Liked the size of the nappy as is easy to fit in a small bag as I don't need a large nappy bag now. DD likes the Dora motif. I would use them again but not until dd is bowel trained. They don't come up far enough at the back for poop coverage and we have had several poopie vests.

Q2 Did you find Pampers Easy Up Pants convenient and easy to use or not?

Yes apart from the poo incidents

Q3 Have you ever used similarly designed nappies before with any of your
children? If so, how did Pampers Easy Up Pants compare?

I have used own brand easy ups some of which are more expensive and all seem to be the same.

Q4 If it came up in conversation, would you recommend Pampers Easy Up
Pants to other parents? If so, why? If not, why not?

I would probably say yes because they are sometimes cheaper but own brand can be just as good.

Q5 We've included some info on how much Pampers Easy Up Pants cost
below - do you think that they're good value for money or not? Why?

They are about the same price as own brand pull ups so no difference in price.

Hi everyone! My daughter is 14.5 months old and we have been using Size 4 nappies. I thought it was a great opportunity to test Easy Up Pants as I've played it safe with Pampers Active Fit for the past few months. Here are my thoughts below!

I was slightly wary of them at first if I'm honest! They look very much like pants (this is the whole idea - I know!) and even though my baby has really been a toddler for the past 3 months or so I still think she looks too small to be in anything other than proper nappies :) However when we started using them I realised there was nothing to worry about - my overall impression was that they are fab, do the job, seem comfortable and yes, we would definitely use them again. My daughter got on well with them and after a while, so did I :)

I found them great to use for times when my daughter just would not lie still during nappy changes - usually when getting her dressed after her bath - they are great to just slip on her when she's standing. They are worth their weight for this! However when she would lie down, I found our trusty Active Fit easier to put on her. Another issue was that I couldn't work out at first which way round they were to go!! I'm slightly embarrassed admitting this :) I also found it difficult to take them off her before I realised you just rip the sides - I think this is right! I was initially filled with dread at the prospect of pulling a full nappy down to get it off!

This was the very first time we had used these nappies and any similarly designed ones.

Q4 If it came up in conversation, would you recommend Pampers Easy Up
Pants to other parents? If so, why? If not, why not?

I absolutely would as overall we got on well with them. My initial feeling though is that perhaps they would be more suited to an older child perhaps at the potty training stage.

Pampers are the only brand of nappies I've ever really tried with my daughter and I've been more than happy with them. I'm happy to pay that but more to know that my daughter is comfortable and protected so I would say yes, good value for money.

Thanks Pampers for the opportunity to test out these nappies and I hope my feedback has been helpful x

Q1 What was your overall impression of Pampers Easy Up Pants? Would
you use them again? If so, why? If not, why not?
They were easy to use and ds seemed comfortable in them

Q2 Did you find Pampers Easy Up Pants convenient and easy to use or not?
great for after swimming

Q3 Have you ever used similarly designed nappies before with any of your
children? If so, how did Pampers Easy Up Pants compare?
never used pull ups before
Q4 If it came up in conversation, would you recommend Pampers Easy Up
Pants to other parents? If so, why? If not, why not?
yes but would prefer a different design to dora for the boys
Q5 We've included some info on how much Pampers Easy Up Pants cost
below - do you think that they're good value for money or not? Why?
i think they are over priced and would not purchase them unless on a deal

Chesterell · 26/07/2013 19:27

I loved the easy up pants and will use them again,my son stays dry throughout the night in them. They were really easy to use. I've used other brands before but these ones kept him drier for longer. I would recommend to other mums,in fact I've just advised my friend to buy some! I think they are expensive and I try to buy them when they're on offer, having said that,my little boy only wears them for bed so it's worth paying more to know he's going to stay dry for the whole night.

scottishegg · 26/07/2013 19:43

Used these with my second child a girl of 2. They are super absorbent, colourful and a nice fit. The only issue I have had is that the sides can be easily ripped my DD often does this pulling them off and on, I appreciate that the sides need to be easy to tear for parents to remove the nappy but they are a little flimsy at times, I would buy these again without a second thought!

ataglance · 26/07/2013 20:52

Q1 What was your overall impression of Pampers Easy Up Pants? Would
you use them again? If so, why? If not, why not?

I liked them, they looked good quality, felt softer than cheaper nappies and fitted my slim toddler well. We had no leaks which we have had with other brands. I would happily use them again.

Q2 Did you find Pampers Easy Up Pants convenient and easy to use or not?

I found them very easy to take on and off my 19 month old. He is reluctant to stay still for a nappy change and the pull up design was convenient even though he is not ready to potty train yet.

Q3 Have you ever used similarly designed nappies before with any of your
children? If so, how did Pampers Easy Up Pants compare?

I have used huggies pull ups with my older DC. I found the pampers version to look and feel superior although we never had any particular problems with the huggies.

Q4 If it came up in conversation, would you recommend Pampers Easy Up
Pants to other parents? If so, why? If not, why not?

I would recommend these to parents who are starting to potty train a child or those who struggle to get their child to lie down for a nappy change.

Q5 We've included some info on how much Pampers Easy Up Pants cost
below - do you think that they're good value for money or not? Why?

This is my only reservation about these pull ups: cost. I normally use pampers anyway as I find the quality worth the increased cost. But these are just that little bit more expensive again and harder to justify a purchase in our budget. A bigger pack size that equated to a decrease in cost per nappy may make me consider them good value for money.

madziulinka1 · 26/07/2013 21:14

Q1
Wery easy to use and my son enjoy to wear it, stays dry for longer
Q2
Convenient and easy to use
Q3
Only used pull ups for swimming but Pampers Easy Up Pants are easier to pull on and off

Q5
They're good value for money
Thank you

I tested size 5 easy ups for my 28month lo.
Q1 yes I would use them again. They worked well and my lo seemed comfortable in them. I liked the sticky tab and my lo liked the pictures too.
Q2 yes they were very easy and convenient to use.
Q3 yes I have. Pampers were good, I likes the sticky tab especially, but found they did look like they needed changing more regularly than the usual ones I use.
Q4 yes i would say they worked well, but I would probably recommend the usual supermarket own brandones that I use as they are ssignificantly cheaper.

Q5 I think they are very expensive and would not be able to afford these long term, especially as some supermarket own brands are so much cheaper and just as effective in my experience.

Silverfoxxx · 26/07/2013 21:44

Nice and soft, toddle loved cartoon design. Easy on.

GingerLemonTea · 26/07/2013 22:30

Q1. I thought they were great & would buy them again. My 13 month old likes to wriggle & turn over so these have made nappy changes easier.

Q2. Yes I found them easy & convenient to use.

Q3. I have never used pull ups before.

Q4. I would recommend them especially when babies are bigger and no longer lie still.

Q5. I think they are a little pricey and would probably look out for offers or coupons, but would likely still buy.

I have completed the survey & review. Thanks.

Alex71 · 26/07/2013 22:36

Q1 What was your overall impression of Pampers Easy Up Pants? Would
you use them again? If so, why? If not, why not?
Very catchy design, my little boy was exited to see Dora and Diego on his pants.
We would use them again as he now thinks they are big pants and was so pleased with himself
Q2 Did you find Pampers Easy Up Pants convenient and easy to use or not?
Yes found them very convinient as we now can stap into pants rather than the whole lay down nappy on thing
Q3 Have you ever used similarly designed nappies before with any of your
children? If so, how did Pampers Easy Up Pants compare?
We had tried the huggie ones but they did not seem to fit right and leaked so we gave up on pull ups
Q4 If it came up in conversation, would you recommend Pampers Easy Up
Pants to other parents? If so, why? If not, why not?
Yes i would recommend them as they have not leaked through , and the fit seems very good, they are compfy for my little boy and that is what counts most
Q5 We've included some info on how much Pampers Easy Up Pants cost
below - do you think that they're good value for money or not? Why?
I think they are average priced and i would buy them again!

nicmathew · 26/07/2013 22:43

Q1 great. Lg loves the Dora design. Easy to put on although I'd say the size wasn't very generous
Q2 yes
Q3 yes aldi. The side panels were softer but size comes up smaller have also tried tesco and Asda which were also good. Dora design and side panels may give pampers the edge
Q4 yes
Q5 as I only use for bed times I'm just grab a pack from whichever supermarket is closest

elabalin38 · 26/07/2013 23:29

thank you. My child-boy is very happy and me too because changes nappy is very quickly and easy :) Fantastic work

Samilla · 27/07/2013 06:41

Q1 I was really impressed with Pampers Easy Up Pants. They looked comfy, were a neat fit and did not leak. They only thing I didn't like about them was the plastic tab on the back, which reminded me of a barcode and wasn't long enough to secure the nappy in a ball when ready for disposal.

Q2 It was really easy to slide shorts and trousers over the pants. They make a great summer pant for the days when it's just too hot to wear anything other than a nappy!

The only think I found tricky was applying nappy cream as you can't slide the pant under baby's bum as you would a nappy. I ended up with cream all over the changing mat and the pants which then smeared all over his clothes too!

Q3 No, this was the first time I've used this type of product.

Q4 I would definitely recommend Pampers Easy Up Pants. They are smart, comfy and reliable.

Q5 I think they're probably more expensive than other comparable products. However I would spend the extra money as Pampers is my trusted brand and my experience of trialling the Easy Up Pants was a positive one.

Wincott26 · 27/07/2013 07:15

I received my pampers easy up pants and the first night my son wore one to bed he said "these feel so soft and warm". They hold the wetness in well and don't feel as bulky as supermarket brands the next morning. Definitely loved the pampers, my son requested bob the builder on the front instead of Dora and Diego ha ha

Ninigol · 27/07/2013 08:04

Hi,
The easy up pants are very easy to put on and also looks very cute on. However my main concerns is that for my son they only good to use as long as he has done wee only!
If he does number 2, because the at the back they are like pants and they are short it has always passed through his clothes and made a big mess:(((

I really like pampers brand and I keep using the normal pampers as they come higher on his back.

nicky474 · 27/07/2013 08:09

I tried easy up pants with my daughter today for the first time, my daughter was very impressed with the characters on the nappy and appeared keen to try the nappy on, Overall feel the nappy fitted well and she seemed very comfortable. They did rip at the side a couple of times and that would be my only complaint. Usually use pampers active fit, however feel these suit her age at the moment due to constantly being on the go and running around! I would recommend these nappies to other parents who have active children and are thinking of starting nappy training.
I feel they are reasonable value for money.

Emmagreen2609 · 27/07/2013 08:18

I trialled the easy up nappies on our 13 month old having reached a difficult point when trying to change her with her always standing up. We trialled the size 4.
I liked the ease of getting the nappies on when she wanted to stand up and she enjoyed putting her feet in the holes. We had no problems with the nappies ripping or leaking which we have had with other standard nappies.
The characters were less appealing to me as my daughter doesn't watch Dora the Explora but this was not important.
On holiday the nappies were easy to get on when outside without having to worry about changing mats (unless soiled). My husband also found them easy to use when our daughter is trying to get away.

We are not ready for potty training but these nappies suited our active lifestyle and my impatient side for when my daughter will not lie still. I would imagine they are good for potty training but I would recommend them to any parent who is struggling with their normal changing routine once a child is standing and walking.

I feel the nappies are fair value for money but I only but nappies when they are on offer (pampers or cheeky bots) so I would be reluctant to buy them full price if others were available.

harmann · 27/07/2013 09:23

thanks, i got pampers easy up pants , i used on my baby for first time and these are really good for potty training aswell,my son really like these and i'll keep on using this on my baby because i trust this brand .

elenabilyk · 27/07/2013 16:38

My son is 18 months old. We use size 4 nappies.
Q1. We like Easy Up pants. We definitely are going to use them again. They never leak, they do not irritate his skin and they are easy to put on him.
Q2. I find them quite easy to use. My child is very active and he doesn't lie still, so Easy Up pants are the best option for us.
Q3. I used other brands as well (from "Huggies" and "Tesco"), but they are not comfy for him, they are not so stretchy and they need to be changed more frequently.
Q4. I recommend Easy Up pants to my friends as they are the best nappies for my toddler.
Q5. They are quite expensive for us. We are going to buy them only with "reduced price".

Gd83c · 27/07/2013 18:40

I wanted to use the easy up pants for my little one as we had previously used another brand and I did not feel that they did as well as they should have. The first thing I noticed with the easy up pants were that they were so much softer than the other brand and they fit my little boy well. They however did not contain leakages throughout the night and so had to go back to a proper nappy. The only other thing I feel I should mention is the characters on the front of the nappy were not something my little one would have chosen and I think had they been something along the lines of Disney characters or more up to date tv cartoon characters he would have liked them better. I will continue to use them whilst my little one is in transition from nappies to pants. :-)

Helenap123 · 27/07/2013 20:29

They were well fitting, easy to put on and good for active baby. I found them easier to put on my daughter than traditional nappies when she was going through wriggly days and refusing to lie down on the changing mat! Felt they were 'messier' to take off than traditional nappies for poos. The absorbancy for wees seemed ok but didnt try them overnight as we tend to use a size up overnight. Didn't think they offered enough benefit over the much cheaper store brand nappies that I buy to make it worth paying the extra price. Probably wont use them again at the moment not sure when it comes to potty training. We havent used pull ups before. I would probably recommend them if someone specifically wanted to use pull ups.
