Q1 I thought the nappies worked well. They contained everything and were great for the whole night. They are thinner and less bulky which is important to me as my daughter is starting to walk and move around a lot. As an added bonus, I find this to be the most adorable nappy, so bright and colorful.

Q2 I haven't noticed any difference as far as leaking, my daughter has very rarely had a leaky nappy even though I've used different kinds/brands of nappies.

Q3 I think they are competitively priced for the quality you are getting.

Q4 I would definately recommend these nappies. They are excellent at keeping my baby girl dry. They are soft and she can move around in them. They are also so cute. I also think they are a good price. Something I thought was really good about these nappies is that my daughter is teething (both of her top teeth) right now and her nappy rash is much less severe than it was previously (both of her bottom teeth) and I think these nappies have helped with it.

I tried size 4 on my son.
Well we had some problem with leakage as mostly his poop was running out from the nappy but maybe it is because he is teething at the moment. For the wee was perfect. It is an expensive nappy but I will buy buy a few packs when there is some offers on.
Happy to recommend to other mums.

My DD is just under 8 months old and just under 18lbs. We are trying size 4.

Q1 What was your overall impression of Pampers Baby-Dry nappies? Would you use them again? If so, why? If not, why not?

My first impression was that they were smaller than other size 4 nappies, including other Pampers. They are nice and thin though which I really like, especially when stocking up my changing bag as it made it less bulky. On a superficial note they were the cutest nappies I've used too. My husband has made up rhymes for the characters!

Overall we've had no leaks which is good, especially as she is quite active and kicks around a lot at night.

If all nappies were priced the same I would choose these every time based on look, fit and performance.

Q2 How did they compare with other nappies you've used in terms of dryness and leakage protection?

Very well. We had no leaks with them. I've used Aldi, Tesco, Asda, Huggies, Sainsburys nappies in the past and have sometimes found her back was damp where she kicks her feet up a lot but haven't had that issue with these (or the Sainsburys own brand ones).

Q3 We've included some info on how much Pampers Baby-Dry nappies cost below - do you think that they're good value for money or not? Why?

They can work out a lot more expensive and I tend to try and buy at 14p a nappy or less. You've not put a unit price down so it is hard to judge on the information given. I will buy these when there is an offer as I do prefer them (and some cheap ones like the Asda ones I'll avoid on performance issues, the Asda ones leaked horribly for me). However I'm not sure they warrant the price difference that there is currently.

Q4 If it came up in conversation, would you recommend Pampers Baby-Dry nappies to other parents? If so, why? If not, why not?

Yes, on performance I think they are very good. As mentioned I especially like that they aren't bulky. I'd probably only recommend when I had seen an offer about for them though. I think the Pampers ones in the orange packaging are equally good and these are cheaper.

Baby boy 4months size 3 nappies

Q1 What was your overall impression of Pampers Baby-Dry nappies? Would you use them again? If so, why? If not, why not?

I am very impressed with pampers baby dry they are very stretchy, cute unisex design, super absorbent and stays fairly thin when wet. In the last 2 weeks the nappy has leaked poo twice at the leg but then my son is very active and always kicking his legs, I have found that the nappy is very absorbent and allows me to leave my baby to sleep soundly until morning, they have not given my son any sort of nappy rash dispute him being left in the nappy all night and it leaves his skin feeling dry even when soaked. I have always used pampers and am so happy with these nappies I will continue to use them.

Q2 How did they compare with other nappies you've used in terms of dryness and leakage protection?

They were fantastic, I've always used pampers apart from the odd free sample. I was very pleased with the dryness and leakage protection.

Q3 We've included some info on how much Pampers Baby-Dry nappies cost below - do you think that they're good value for money or not? Why?

I think the cost is very reasonable, especially when you don't have to disturb your little ones sleep to change their nappy all night!

Q4 If it came up in conversation, would you recommend Pampers Baby-Dry nappies to other parents? If so, why? If not, why not?

Definitely! It doesn't have to come up in convocation I've already been telling my friends to try them! I've also changed my monthly amazon subscription to receive a giga box of these nappies now!

Pampers Baby Dry:
Carry Pack - £6.49
Economy Pack - £9.99
Jumbo Box - £12.99
Mega Box - £17.49
Giga Box - £22.99

Using the nappies on ds2 aged 17 months, size 4.

First impressions are they are soft and quite thin, with nice, bright pictures

I'm not particularly brand loyal, and find they compare ok with others we've used. So far they haven't leaked. I do think they have a bit of a smell when they are quite full though, but I've only noticed this so far first thing in the morning.

The prices are a bit hard to work out as you don't say how many are in each sized pack (I know out also depends on the size of the nappy). I know generally Pampers are expensive, but BabyDry are cheaper than the ActiveFit. I think the price its ok, and you do get a reliable nappy.

If it came up in conversation, I probably would recommend them (but my friends generally have no children, or older children, so we don't talk about nappies).

FattyMcChubster · 09/05/2013 07:34

My dd is 11 months and I tried size 4.

My overall impressions were good. I liked the nappies and I would use them again as they kept baby dry, felt soft on her skin and I had confidence in them.

They felt a lot softer than other nappies I have tried. They protected well against leaks even through the night. Through the day they kept baby feeling dry it was only after 12 hours sleep her skin seemed a little damp but no redness or rash. We had no leaks.

I don't think they're value for money unfortunately. I love pampers and if they're on offer I will buy them but otherwise I'd go for aldi. The aldi are not as soft but perform almost as well and are half price and when you're a SAHM, thats a lot of money!

I would always recommend pampers for the quality of the nappy, just not the price.

The designs are cute but I wouldn't mind them being a little less bright, I hate seeing her nappy through her clothes especially now it's summer and clothes are lighter.
The designs all seem quite 'boyish' too.

Bigos · 09/05/2013 07:52

Q1
I thought they were great. I used size 3s on my DD2 (4months). There was on poonami incident where a tiny bit of poo got out the side and leaked onto her vest, but that was it. The rest of the time she was dry and comfortable and I never had to change her during the night, nor did she get nappy rash.
Q2
I always use Pampers so know they're really reliable. On the odd occasion I've bought cheaper brands I've always regretted it as end up having to do more frequent changes.
Q3
Yes they are more expensive but the reliability makes it worth the premium. With 2 DCs under 2 I no longer have the time/inclination to check out which supermarket has a deal on; I now get them delivered monthly from Amazon which takes out all the hassle.
Q4
Yes definitely.

Q1 What was your overall impression of Pampers Baby-Dry nappies?

Pampers are a brilliant nappy. Fab night-time protection. Will use pampers again and again. Very happy customer

Q2 How did they compare with other nappies you've used in terms of dryness and leakage protection?

They are in a different league to similar nappies. I have tried all of them and never found a better nappy than Pampers

Yes very good value for money. Can't beat quality

Q4 If it came up in conversation, would you recommend Pampers Baby-Dry nappies to other parents? If so, why? If not, why not?

Yes I would. Pampers all the way :)

I used size 3 on my 6 month old son, pampers baby dry have been great i find them very absorbant as opposed to huggies which are like cardboard but i only use them during the day.....
I also use pampers if i am going out shopping or know i will be out for a few hours as i know they wont leak, i will be sticking to pampers from now on as i am so happy with the protection no changing in the night and still dry in the morning....the only thing is the outside of the nappy does get very damp even with one or 2 wee's it can feel very full.
I have never paid full price for pampers there is always a special on in one of the supermarkets so i do think they are fab value while on special, full price is a bit much for boxes over 30 euro in tesco!!

loreire · 09/05/2013 10:16

would recommend these nappies to everyone....
Also wonder if pampers would think of boy/girl nappies??
gender spacific nappies are great as boys need more front protection and girls require more in the lower section of the nappy.
Huggies do this in australia (no pampers in oz) and it works great!

Glitterfairys · 09/05/2013 10:23

I tried Pampers size 3 with my 19 week old ds and was very impressed. They are a better quality and have a softer feel to them and not like a carrier bag feel that some nappies have.
There has been no leakage whatsoever and that includes the 12 hour overnight test . Other supermarket brands I have tried there is no way that he would of still been dry 12 hours later so Pampers Is great for that as I didn't need to disturb ds to change his nappy in night .
I don't think they are overly expensive for nappies , I don't mind paying more of it ensures baby is kept dry at night .
I would definitely recommend as a great nappy and I will continue to use them in the future .

Q1 What was your overall impression of Pampers Baby-Dry nappies? Would you use them again? If so, why? If not, why not?

We've used Pampers pretty much solidly since D was born six months ago. I've always been happy with them and, even when we were given other brands of nappies, we've always gone back to Pampers!

Q2 How did they compare with other nappies you've used in terms of dryness and leakage protection?

They do seem to do the job much better than other brands we've tried- even when trying other brands, we've used Pampers at night. They just work much better over a longer period of time. Now that D is getting more active, they seem to be coping with that quite well too!

Q3 We've included some info on how much Pampers Baby-Dry nappies cost below - do you think that they're good value for money or not? Why?
We tend to buy big boxes, so that we get the best value possible. But overall, yes, I think they are worth the money!

Q4 If it came up in conversation, would you recommend Pampers Baby-Dry nappies to other parents? If so, why? If not, why not?

Yes- quite simply, they have worked the best for us and continue to do so!

Bobyn · 09/05/2013 11:12

I tried size 3 and my baby is 13 weeks old.

Q1 What was your overall impression of Pampers Baby-Dry nappies?
I thought this were flexible and soft and thought they would be comfortable for my baby. They were also quite thin which I liked so she can move her legs freely in them.

Q2 How did they compare with other nappies you've used in terms of dryness and leakage protection?
They were absorbent and didn't leak once. They didn't cause any rashes and seemed to keep her bottom dry all day and night. At night she's in them for 12 hours so we were impressed.

Q3 We've included some info on how much Pampers Baby-Dry nappies cost below - do you think that they're good value for money or not? Why?
The costs seem high in comparison to supermarket nappies but I think the prices are worth it for the quality. Especially if they are bought when there is an offer on them.

Q4 If it came up in conversation, would you recommend Pampers Baby-Dry nappies to other parents? If so, why? If not, why not?
Yes, I think they are a good nappy and I would definitely use them again and recommend to other Mums.

Samichuboo · 09/05/2013 12:06

Q1
We tried the size 4 on our 11m DD. She is quiet tall so fitted length wise but would have to pull them up high to fit properly around the leg, otherwise we were happy with them and they did the job.

Q2
Unfortunately DD had a poorly tummy at time of testing, i dont think any more detail then that is neccessary! Nappies kept her dry all night but were unable to contain any explosions!

Q3
Cost is reasonable although supermarket brands tend to be cheaper, but when they are on offer they can be good value. We also use reusable nappies, so during the tummy it was much more practical and easier to use disposables.

Q4

I would recomend them to other parents as they kept DD bottom dry all night, they seemed comfortable as she was able to crawl and climb around at ease.

Lindaconran · 09/05/2013 12:07

Q1 Pampers Baby Dry are they only nappies I use for my 7 month old... have tried all other brands and types and have found that these are the only ones that keep him dry during the night and they don't leak.

Q2 There is no comparison when it comes to dryness and leak protection.... they keep him completely dry from when he goes to bed at 7pm and he doesn't get changed again till 7-8am. I have been using them for months and they have never leaked.

Q3 I think that compared to some other own brand nappies they are more expensive, but they are worth it. They are not too expensive, and I find that most supermarkets tend to have the big boxes on special offer most of the time and this makes them very affordable.

Q4 Yes I would definatley recommend them... they are by far the best nappy on the market.

elpth · 09/05/2013 12:22

Tried size 3 on my four month old daughter.

Q1 What was your overall impression of Pampers Baby-Dry nappies? Would you use them again? If so, why? If not, why not?
Overall good impression and impressed with how much they hold. However this seems to be due to the chemicals used in them to lock away the wet and they really smell. Plus I wonder what that level of chemical is doing to my baby's bum.

Q2 How did they compare with other nappies you've used in terms of dryness and leakage protection?
Very well. There is frequent leakage of poo but that seems to be common with pre weaned babies in all disposables.

Q3 We've included some info on how much Pampers Baby-Dry nappies cost below - do you think that they're good value for money or not? Why?
I've only bought them in large boxes on "2 for" deals and wouldn't want to pay full price as they are very pricey.

Q4 If it came up in conversation, would you recommend Pampers Baby-Dry nappies to other parents? If so, why? If not, why not?
I had them recommended to me and if I continue to use disposables, I will probably continue to use and recommend them. However, I am looking into using reusables as I think these are better for my baby, better for the environment and cheaper. I also hear that reusables actually contain poo explosions so I'm optimistic!

MrsTaylor1 · 09/05/2013 12:22

So far i am finding Pampers Baby Dry a really great nappy for my baby, he wriggles such a lot and although i was trying him with the active fit style of Pampers i'm finding the absorbency of Baby Dry much better, he sleeps throughfrom anywhere between 10/11pm to 8/9am the next morning, the nappy to me feels full but it doesn't bother him.
I will carry on using them as i have them to be the best nappy used on him so far for absorbency and fit

MrsTaylor1 · 09/05/2013 12:23

Tried size 3 on my 9 and a half month old son, that size because he was 10 weeks premature so is a lot smaller than the majority of his peers

Hayleyford17 · 09/05/2013 12:53

Q1 What was your overall impression of Pampers Baby-Dry nappies? Would you use them again? If so, why? If not, why not?

I have tested size 3 Pampers baby-dry nappies on my 4 month old little girl. She is my first child so have tried all different nappies to find the best. I will deffinatly be sticking to these nappies in the future. They are very comforable & soft and have great absorbancy especially as she is teething and sleeping on average 12 hours per night.

Q2 How did they compare with other nappies you've used in terms of dryness and leakage protection?

They compare very well with other brands as others have leaked in the past which is of great annoyance when out and about. I dont have to worry with Pampers baby-dry.

Q3 We've included some info on how much Pampers Baby-Dry nappies cost below - do you think that they're good value for money or not? Why?

I think Pampers baby-dry are good value for money. They might be a little dearer than other brands but are better for protection. They look and feel nicer than other brands. I would rather pay a little more for a better product.

Q4 If it came up in conversation, would you recommend Pampers Baby-Dry nappies to other parents? If so, why? If not, why not?

I would deffinatley recommend these nappies to other parents as they are overall better value for money

PaddingtonsMarmalade · 09/05/2013 13:37

Size 4 nappies
DS is 21 months - probably about to go up a size

Q1 What was your overall impression of Pampers Baby-Dry nappies? Would you use them again? If so, why? If not, why not?

I would use these again especially for overnight use. I will try to use Pampers all the time anyway as I trust them the most and neither of my kids have ever reacted to them or had bad nappy rash. Sometimes though I will have to buy cheaper supermarket brands but I will only use Pampers at night. I haven't found any other nappy that doesn't leak when on all night so it's just another way of tryng to get more sleep. I think they well designed, slim, not garish designs and smell fine, hold together well when full, easy to pack n changing bags and easy to find in the shops.

Q2 How did they compare with other nappies you've used in terms of dryness and leakage protection?

They are the best for dryness and leakage protection that I've ever used and have had kids in nappies now for 6 years and been happy to try other brands.

Q3 We've included some info on how much Pampers Baby-Dry nappies cost below - do you think that they're good value for money or not? Why?

I think they're good for when you really need the leakage protecton - at night. But there are cheaper (the Pampers Simply Dry I think are v good value for money) - the cheaper ones though are sometimes much thicker and I think less comfortable for kids so I try not to use those.

Q4 If it came up in conversation, would you recommend Pampers Baby-Dry nappies to other parents? If so, why? If not, why not?

Definitely would recommend Pampers and have done to family members/friends who've had babies after me.
