NOW CLOSED: Tesco’s Naturally Powered (antibacterial spray or non-bio washing powder) product testers review thread

AnnMumsnet · 01/05/2012 14:54

This thread is for the 1000 Mumsnetters who are trying out the Naturally Powered range of cleaning products by Tesco.

If you don't know about these products, here's what Tesco has to say:

"In the past, green cleaning products have been let down by their performance. Working closely with a team of chemists, scientists and environmental experts, we have created the Naturally Powered range of eco cleaning products - specially formulated to have a reduced impact on the environment than other leading products and with the cleaning performance you'd expect."

Mumsnetters have been testing either the antibacterial spray or the non-bio washing powder. In addition, all testers received a trial-sized sachet of washing up liquid.

If you are a tester, please state which product you were testing and answer the questions below - feel free to also add any other comments you may have.

Everyone who adds their comments to this thread will be entered into a prize draw, where one person will win £200 of Tesco vouchers.

Questions:

Q1. What was your opinion of the Naturally Powered products before using them?

Q2. After using the products, what was your over all opinion? Did the products work? Were you happy with the performance? Did you like the smell and feel of the products?

Q3. How did the products compare to your usual cleaning products? Did it work just as well, better or worse than the products you usually use?

Q4. How important are the green credentials of the Naturally Powered range to you? Would this affect your decision to buy? If so, why? If not, why not?

Q5. Will you continue to buy the Tesco Naturally Powered range? If so, why? If not why not?

Q6. What, if any, improvements would you make to the Naturally Powered products you were testing?

Q7. If it came up in conversation, would you recommend the products to a friend? If so, why? If not, why not?

Thanks and good luck with the prize draw!

Hello again, Not sure why but I seem to have inherited a new nickname above so re-posting with my normal one so am definitely included in feedback and the draw too of course!

I tested the washing powder.

Q1. What was your opinion of the Naturally Powered products before using them?
I'm afraid I hadn't heard of them before. I do tend to use "eco" products usually though, usually Method or Ecover as I tried a Sainsbury's Eco product and wasn't as impressed.

Q2. After using the products, what was your over all opinion? Did the products work? Were you happy with the performance? Did you like the smell and feel of the products?

I really liked the washing powder. It was quite strong but very pleasant. I have done a few 30degree washes and 1 woollens cycle and everything came out looking fresh and clean, smelling nice, and really quite soft as well.

Q3. How did the products compare to your usual cleaning products? Did it work just as well, better or worse than the products you usually use?

It woked just as well, if not better. I was quite impressed with stain removal and with two children under 7 that's no mean feat.

Q4. How important are the green credentials of the Naturally Powered range to you? Would this affect your decision to buy? If so, why? If not, why not?

Very, but it also has to work well and be reasonably priced. If all threee boxes are ticked then I would definitely buy.

Q5. Will you continue to buy the Tesco Naturally Powered range? If so, why? If not why not?

I would definitely buy this and probably try out other products from the range - although price would also be a factor

Q6. What, if any, improvements would you make to the Naturally Powered products you were testing?

None. I liked the packaging and the little measurer too.

Q7. If it came up in conversation, would you recommend the products to a friend? If so, why? If not, why not

Have already mentioned it (due to the testing) and recommended it to one friend.

Thanks!

MouseyHousey · 14/05/2012 06:08

I was testing the spray.

Q1. I didn't know about the Tesco range but I generally like to use eco products as I just think they are less 'chemically'

Q2. I really liked the spray, it worked really well and I liked the smell of it. I found the trigger of the bottle nice to use( I know that sound a little crazy)

Q3. It worked just as well as my usual antibacterial spray and I prefered the smell of this one!

Q4. It is important to me but on a budget its not the highest ranking factor, if a 'green' product is a fair bit more expensive than a 'non-green' one its likely I'd go for the latter.

Q5. I definitely will if the price is not higher than the spray I usually buy.

Q6. No improvements.

Q7. I would, again though depending on price. If it is very reasonably priced then I would mention I had tested it and found it to be a good product.

Thank you, I really enjoyed testing these products - I'm a bit of a cleaning nut. I liked the sachet of washing up liquid and thought it was comparable to Fairy which is what I usually buy.

poppy1973 · 14/05/2012 07:24

I was testing the washing powder.

Q1. What was your opinion of the Naturally Powered products before using them?

I didn't know of the product before testing them. So didn't have an opinion.

Q2. After using the products, what was your over all opinion? Did the products work? Were you happy with the performance? Did you like the smell and feel of the products?

I liked the idea of the Naturally Powered products. Packaging looks good and it looks very eco-friendly. The laundry on all my items using this powder was very good. I liked the strong smell from the washing powder when I opened the box - however this smell didn't follow through to the clothes once they were washed. They just smelt clean - no real fragrance to the clothes when washed.

Q3. How did the products compare to your usual cleaning products? Did it work just as well, better or worse than the products you usually use?

The products were the same as I usually use.

Q4. How important are the green credentials of the Naturally Powered range to you? Would this affect your decision to buy? If so, why? If not, why not?

I liked the idea and followed up by checking out a few details on the website. If this is meant to be an eco-friendly product then there should be a statement on the box and packaging stating that this product is suitable for use in septic tanks. Ecover has this stated clearly on the packaging. Tesco Naturally powered didn't have this on their box or on their website. This is a little of putting for me.

Q5. Will you continue to buy the Tesco Naturally Powered range? If so, why? If not why not?

If Tesco could confirm that the range was suitable and safe for the septic tank then yes, I would buy again, especially if the price was right and if it came in cheaper than the Ecover products.

Q6. What, if any, improvements would you make to the Naturally Powered products you were testing?

I did try the small sample of washing up liquid - but found it wasn't enough to make a comparison to the usual products that I use. With regards to the washing powder the sample was good but not sure I could use this product all the time with my septic tank.

Q7. If it came up in conversation, would you recommend the products to a friend? If so, why? If not, why not?

Yes, especially if the person was eco-friendly and the price was good.

ObiWan · 14/05/2012 07:46

Q1. What was your opinion of the Naturally Powered products before using them?

I hadn't really noticed them.

Q2. After using the products, what was your over all opinion? Did the products work? Were you happy with the performance? Did you like the smell and feel of the products?

I liked the scent of the anti-bac spray very much. It seemed to work as well as the others we've used, no damage to surfaces, or marks/streaks left behind etc.

Q3. How did the products compare to your usual cleaning products? Did it work just as well, better or worse than the products you usually use?

Just as well, but I liked the lemony smell of the Natarally Powered spray more than the disinfectant smell of the sprays we usually use.

Q4. How important are the green credentials of the Naturally Powered range to you? Would this affect your decision to buy? If so, why? If not, why not?

Not terribly important. I'm not sure that anti-bac sprays, mass produced and involving tons of plastic packaging can ever be particularly green.

Q5. Will you continue to buy the Tesco Naturally Powered range? If so, why? If not why not?

I might, if the price difference between that and our usual products is not to great. I liked the 'spray, stream or lock' options on the nozzle, and we do most of our shopping at Tesco anyway.

Q6. What, if any, improvements would you make to the Naturally Powered products you were testing?

I'd fix the leak! The bottle leaks from around the nozzle if not held upright.

Q7. If it came up in conversation, would you recommend the products to a friend? If so, why? If not, why not?

If it came up, I suppose I would.

sleepybump · 14/05/2012 07:59

We tested the anti-bacterial spray

Q1. What was your opinion of the Naturally Powered products before using them?

Had none. Hadn't heard of them.

Q2. After using the products, what was your over all opinion? Did the products work? Were you happy with the performance? Did you like the smell and feel of the products?

Only thing in my opinion that made it different to others we use is the smell, which is very pleasant, and none of the others I have used have any sort of smell. My partner however really likes the whole product (he may have used it more than me!).

Q3. How did the products compare to your usual cleaning products? Did it work just as well, better or worse than the products you usually use?

I thought it was on par with my other products, my partner thought it was better :) (have you invented a cleaning product men like?)

Q4. How important are the green credentials of the Naturally Powered range to you? Would this affect your decision to buy? If so, why? If not, why not?

This is always important to us.

Q5. Will you continue to buy the Tesco Naturally Powered range? If so, why? If not why not?

Yes, though we don't always shop at Tescos and one product wont unfortunatly make us chose to shop at Tesco.

Q6. What, if any, improvements would you make to the Naturally Powered products you were testing?

I would have not used that silver plastic for the top of the bottle...it always looks cheap because you can see the production marks/dents in it. Other similar product use see-through, or see-through lightly coloured, plastic and this always comes out looking less-cheap/plasticy.

Q7. If it came up in conversation, would you recommend the products to a friend? If so, why? If not, why not?

If my mum asked what we used, yes I would because she shops at Tesco and would probably like it.

...Better feed-back could have been given if I was given the expected retail price.

Thanks and good luck with the prize draw!

Tested the washing power and small washing up liquid sample
Q1. What was your opinion of the Naturally Powered products before using them?
To be honest i would never of considered using them before the trial

Q2. After using the products, what was your over all opinion? Did the products work? Were you happy with the performance? Did you like the smell and feel of the products?
I was surprised at how clean our clothes were after using the powder, i didnt think it smelt of anything just natural fragrance free, the feel of the clothes were no different to my usual powder

Q3. How did the products compare to your usual cleaning products? Did it work just as well, better or worse than the products you usually use?
The powder cleaned well as per my usual product, i would preferred for the powder to have more of a smell! The washing up liquid was fab, loads of bubles and cleaned well!

Q4. How important are the green credentials of the Naturally Powered range to you? Would this affect your decision to buy? If so, why? If not, why not?
To be honest price is what pays a factor to us at the moment

Q5. Will you continue to buy the Tesco Naturally Powered range? If so, why? If not why not?
I would do as long as they didnt cost more than our usual brand

Q6. What, if any, improvements would you make to the Naturally Powered products you were testing?
I think they could bring out the smell a bit more

Q7. If it came up in conversation, would you recommend the products to a friend? If so, why? If not, why not? - i would defo recommend the products :-)

LostInWales · 14/05/2012 09:59

Just a little add on as I'm getting to the bottom of my washing powder now, it is quite hard to get at when you get lower in the bag, the little wax measuring cup seems to be just a bit bigger than the box so I have to pull the inner bag out and juggle the box around as I measure it out. Not always that easy if you have a small child and dog trying to 'help' with the laundry.

IwishIwasmoreorganised · 14/05/2012 11:13

Ds1 has started coming out in a rash and the only thing that we've changed recently is the washing powder, so I'm afraid we won't be using it any more.

HarrietSchulenberg · 14/05/2012 12:07

Q1. What was your opinion of the Naturally Powered products before using them? I
'd never heard of them, but when I did hear of them I liked the sound of them. I am suspicious of Tesco's motives for producing them, though, as the organisation is not renowned for it's environmental concern and I assume it is merely an attempt to corner the green market at the expense of Ecover. I am suspicious of the alleged green credentials too, but I haven't had time to examine them fully.

Q2. After using the products, what was your over all opinion? Did the products work? Were you happy with the performance? Did you like the smell and feel of the products?
Products worked fine, particularly the washing powder which was better than my usual brand (admittedly a cheapy one from Home Bargains). Washing up liquid was good - there were still bubbles left after tackling 5 greasy plates and associated cups, cutlery and pans.

Q3. How did the products compare to your usual cleaning products? Did it work just as well, better or worse than the products you usually use?
Washing powder was better (see above) but washing up liquid was only on a par with existing brand.

Q4. How important are the green credentials of the Naturally Powered range to you? Would this affect your decision to buy? If so, why? If not, why not?
Green credentials would influence my buying decision, but only if very competitively priced, i.e cost no more than my normal, sadly non-green, brand.

Q5. Will you continue to buy the Tesco Naturally Powered range? If so, why? If not why not?
Not sure, will have to check out price. If price is good I would definitely buy.

Q6. What, if any, improvements would you make to the Naturally Powered products you were testing?
Make sure it's not tested on animals.

Q7. If it came up in conversation, would you recommend the products to a friend? If so, why? If not, why not?
Unlikely to come up in any conversation I would ever have, TBH, but I'm not sure the green credentials are strong enough to recommend for that reason. I suppose I would recommend on the whole, though.

FifiFourPaws · 14/05/2012 12:24

Q1. What was your opinion of the Naturally Powered products before using them?

I always use eco products for my laundry as well as cleaning around the home as I prefer not to use too many chemicals around the children and hope to avoid putting more into the enviroment. I've always been very satisfied with the products that I've used so was slightly sceptical about Tesco's range as I've not been convinced of their green 'credentials' previously.

Q2. After using the products, what was your over all opinion? Did the products work? Were you happy with the performance? Did you like the smell and feel of the products?

The TNP washing powder was great; smelled very appealing and cleaned well. I would happily buy this to continue using the product. My only slight concern was that the powder didn't completely dissolve in every wash but that could be my washing m/c. However, I would opt for a liquid if there was one, to avoid this.

Q3. How did the products compare to your usual cleaning products? Did it work just as well, better or worse than the products you usually use?

I think this worked just as well as my usual brand and would be interested to try to fabric conditioner as the finished smell of laundry is important to me.

Q4. How important are the green credentials of the Naturally Powered range to you? Would this affect your decision to buy? If so, why? If not, why not?

Very important and this would always affect my buying decision.

Q5. Will you continue to buy the Tesco Naturally Powered range? If so, why? If not why not?

Yes, I will try this again as well as other products in the range, as mentioned above re: fabric conditioner and liquid detergent, more than anything because of the appealing smell!

Q6. What, if any, improvements would you make to the Naturally Powered products you were testing?

I found the little cappuccino cup fiddly to use due to the narrowness of the powder box, especially as, the more I used the powder, the harder it became to reach into the bottom of the box.

Q7. If it came up in conversation, would you recommend the products to a friend? If so, why? If not, why not?

Yes, I would recommend the washing powder but not the range until I'd tried it all as I don't know how other products would perform. The smell is more appealing that other eco products and I have missed that more laundered smelll that you get with more conventional washing products.

jaquelinehyde · 14/05/2012 12:55

I tested the anti-bacterial spray and the washing up liquid.

Q1. What was your opinion of the Naturally Powered products before using them? I wasn't aware of them at all so had no pre-concieved ideads.

Q2. After using the products, what was your over all opinion? Did the products work? Were you happy with the performance? Did you like the smell and feel of the products? They both smell lovely, really lemony and fresh. The washing up liquid was great and cleaned a large load of washing up with ease.
The anti bac spray cleaned well with no stickiness. My only problem was with the spray action, as it squirted out in a jet rather than a spray so made more of a puddle on the surface to spread around rather than a mist that covered a larger area.

Q3. How did the products compare to your usual cleaning products? Did it work just as well, better or worse than the products you usually use? They both worked just as well, probably smelled better on reflection but the spray action on the anti bac would annoy me if it wasn't addressed.

Q4. How important are the green credentials of the Naturally Powered range to you? Would this affect your decision to buy? If so, why? If not, why not? Rather ashamedly I don't usually purchase items for their green credentials. However, if these were priced reasonably I would happily substitute them for my usual buys as they work just as well if not better.

Q5. Will you continue to buy the Tesco Naturally Powered range? If so, why? If not why not? As above...I will if they are reasonably enough priced and the spray action on the anti bac bottle is fixed.

Q6. What, if any, improvements would you make to the Naturally Powered products you were testing? As mentioned I would change the spray action on the anti bac bottle.

Q7. If it came up in conversation, would you recommend the products to a friend? If so, why? If not, why not? Yes I would as they do the job just as well as the other brands that I use and smell lovely. Although it would have to be a pretty slow gossip day for this to come up in conversation Grin

Questions:

I used the washing powder with a mountain of holiday washing.

Q1. What was your opinion of the Naturally Powered products before using them?

Never noticed them before but the packaging is very basic (for obvious reasons)
I didn't like the way there was a plastic bag inside the box, that's not very environmental in my opinion!

Q2. After using the products, what was your over all opinion? Did the products work? Were you happy with the performance? Did you like the smell and feel of the products?

I honestly don't think the product was as good as my usual (fairy). I used this powder at 30 or above, and many stains were left in my clothes, so not very impressed. So I don't see how using it at 15 it would be any good. The smell is very subtle compared to fairy, so you'd probably need a fabric conditioner if you're after a smell.

Q3. How did the products compare to your usual cleaning products? Did it work just as well, better or worse than the products you usually use?

Worse than fairy.

Q4. How important are the green credentials of the Naturally Powered range to you? Would this affect your decision to buy? If so, why? If not, why not?

I know we should all do our bit for the environment, but if this product leaves marks, and you have to wash your clothes again, that kind of defeats the object. I go off performance rather than green credentials I'm afraid.

Q5. Will you continue to buy the Tesco Naturally Powered range? If so, why? If not why not?

No, I think I will stick to fairy. I know it works, I know my sons skin is ok with it, and it smells lovely.

Q6. What, if any, improvements would you make to the Naturally Powered products you were testing?

Take away the inner bag, no need. Make the smell stronger and the washing performance better.

Q7. If it came up in conversation, would you recommend the products to a friend? If so, why? If not, why not?

I don't think I would. I think when it comes to children's clothes, people more or less stick to what they know.
I have tried many different shop own brands, but I always go back to fairy, but it was good to give this a try.

pinkangelita · 14/05/2012 13:38

I tried the washing powder

Q1. What was your opinion of the Naturally Powered products before using them?

None. Hadn't heard of them

Q2. After using the products, what was your over all opinion? Did the products work? Were you happy with the performance? Did you like the smell and feel of the products?

I really liked the powder, it worked very well on getting off all the mud and all manner of toddler food and dirt that was on the clothes. I like the smell, quite strong which is what I like.

Q3. How did the products compare to your usual cleaning products? Did it work just as well, better or worse than the products you usually use?

I usually use liquid detergent but was pleased that the powder work as well as my current brand

Q4. How important are the green credentials of the Naturally Powered range to you? Would this affect your decision to buy? If so, why? If not, why not?

It would be an added bonus if the product has green credentials, I wouldnt specifically look for a green brand but would chose it over another brad if they were equally priced.

Q5. Will you continue to buy the Tesco Naturally Powered range? If so, why? If not why not?

I am confident that I will

Q6. What, if any, improvements would you make to the Naturally Powered products you were testing?

Packaging is a little dull

Q7. If it came up in conversation, would you recommend the products to a friend? If so, why? If not, why not?

If it came up in conversation, yes.

NotInMyDay · 14/05/2012 13:41

Q1. What was your opinion of the Naturally Powered products before using them?
I had never heard of them.

Q2. After using the products, what was your over all opinion? Did the products work? Were you happy with the performance? Did you like the smell and feel of the products?

Q3. How did the products compare to your usual cleaning products? Did it work just as well, better or worse than the products you usually use?
Just as well.

Q4. How important are the green credentials of the Naturally Powered range to you? Would this affect your decision to buy? If so, why? If not, why not?
I would prefer to use an Eco product but price is more important.

Q5. Will you continue to buy the Tesco Naturally Powered range? If so, why? If not why not?
I will buy if the price is comparable to non Eco products.

Q6. What, if any, improvements would you make to the Naturally Powered products you were testing?
The little bag that the powder came in was a pest and surely not environmentally friendly. Powder in box suits me.

Q7. If it came up in conversation, would you recommend the products to a friend? If so, why? If not, why not?
I would recommend as the cleaning power and smell were good.

NotInMyDay · 14/05/2012 13:47

Sorry should have said above that I tested the washing powder.

AmberNectarine · 14/05/2012 13:56

I was testing the antibacterial spray, and here is what I thought:

Q1. What was your opinion of the Naturally Powered products before using them? Had never heard of them

Q2. After using the products, what was your over all opinion? Did the products work? Were you happy with the performance? Did you like the smell and feel of the products? I thought the spray was effective and I liked the fresh smell.

Q3. How did the products compare to your usual cleaning products? Did it work just as well, better or worse than the products you usually use? I though the product worked as well as the ones I usually use, but no better.

Q4. How important are the green credentials of the Naturally Powered range to you? Would this affect your decision to buy? If so, why? If not, why not? I can't say that I have been influenced by this before, but if the product was good it would be a nice bonus. Effectivity of the product is first and foremost though.

Q5. Will you continue to buy the Tesco Naturally Powered range? If so, why? If not why not? Unlikely, as I don't regularly shop at Tesco.

Q6. What, if any, improvements would you make to the Naturally Powered products you were testing? I would improve the packaging, it looks a little basic, certainly when compare to equivalent products by other brands.

Q7. If it came up in conversation, would you recommend the products to a friend? If so, why? If not, why not? I would, especially if they were concerned with environmental issues.

I was impressed how well the powder did even using such a small amount.

It worked just as well as my usual product but I would say my usual powder does a better job on colours.

I would like to but Green products where I can but price is obviously a big factor in my choices.

Again would depend on the price.

Q6. What, if any, improvements would you make to the Naturally Powered products you were testing?

  1. I wasn't aware of the range before this test.
  1. I am happy with the spray. I've used it to clean practically everything in the kitchen, and I've been happy with the results. I liked the smell as it was very fresh, and not overpowering or chamical.
  1. It worked just as well as the products I normally use.

4.I am very keen to buy green products, as I prefer not to use too many chemicals with the children around. It does affect my decisions to buy things.

5.I will continue to buy the spray, as long as the price is reasonable, and on a par with my usual products.

  1. None
  1. I would.
CarryOnMatron · 14/05/2012 18:45

Q1. What was your opinion of the Naturally Powered products before using them?
I'd not heard of them or noticed them before. My opinion of 'green' cleaning products was that they didn't work very well and are often more expensive.

Q2. After using the products, what was your over all opinion? Did the products work? Were you happy with the performance? Did you like the smell and feel of the products?
It did the job so I was happy with it. I liked the natural smell of the product and the bottle was comfortable to hold and spray.

Q3. How did the products compare to your usual cleaning products? Did it work just as well, better or worse than the products you usually use?
It was equally as good as my regular product.

Q4. How important are the green credentials of the Naturally Powered range to you? Would this affect your decision to buy? If so, why? If not, why not?
I would always choose a green product over a regular product if it performs well. The price would be the major deciding factor after it's performance.

Q5. Will you continue to buy the Tesco Naturally Powered range? If so, why? If not why not?
If the price is comparable to my usual product then yes definitely.

Q6. What, if any, improvements would you make to the Naturally Powered products you were testing?
None.

Q7. If it came up in conversation, would you recommend the products to a friend? If so, why? If not, why not?
I would recommend it to a friend dependant on price but I don't spend alot of my time discussing cleaning products.

SamsGoldilocks · 14/05/2012 20:06

I was a washing powder tester

Q1. What was your opinion of the Naturally Powered products before using them?

I'm afraid I hadn't heard of them before. I have tried other eco brands mainly ecover and eco-line? No opinion therefore.

Q2. After using the products, what was your over all opinion? Did the products work? Were you happy with the performance? Did you like the smell and feel of the products?

It was quite strong smelling powder but pleasant enough and clothes came out smelling nice. I did a variety of washes - the whites were less successful and it didn't lift a chocolate stain or tomato and carrot stains.

Q3. How did the products compare to your usual cleaning products? Did it work just as well, better or worse than the products you usually use?

It worked just as well.

I thought the packaging was very bland and uninspiring. I would struggle to pick it out in a range of products.

Q7. If it came up in conversation, would you recommend the products to a friend? If so, why? If not, why not

Probably not - it was ok, but not so great that i would recommend it to other people.

FullyImmersed · 14/05/2012 20:12

Q1. What was your opinion of the Naturally Powered products before using them?
I'd never see or heard of the product before

Q2. After using the products, what was your over all opinion? Did the products work? Were you happy with the performance? Did you like the smell and feel of the products?
I thought it smelt more chemically than I'd imagined it would, the name led me to believe it would be soft scented and natural smelling.
I actually seem to have a bit of an allergy to this product so after a few days of testing it out on different things, I gave the rest to my friend and she was very happy with the product.
Before giving the rest to my friend I tried this product on just about everything that I could, and over all it was a very potent cleaner, much better than i'd imagined a 'natural' cleaner would be

Q3. How did the products compare to your usual cleaning products? Did it work just as well, better or worse than the products you usually use?
I usually use Flash all in one spray, and this product definitely compared to that product, and it even got some marks off the doors that my usual product hasn't been successful in removing

Q4. How important are the green credentials of the Naturally Powered range to you? Would this affect your decision to buy? If so, why? If not, why not?
If I'm completely honest, at this point in my life (where I am training up for my career) price is everything, hopefully in the future I'll be able to afford to care more about the green credentials, but IME, green products are usually more expensive..

Q5. Will you continue to buy the Tesco Naturally Powered range? If so, why? If not why not?
I might try other products in the range but I won't be using this product again due to the allergy I seem to have had to it, I get the same reaction when using spray CIF, so I'm guessing it may be due to an ingredient both products use? I think my friend will probably carry on using it though as she was impressed with the cleaning power of it.

Q6. What, if any, improvements would you make to the Naturally Powered products you were testing?
Not really anything you can help because you never know what person is going to react to what, but if I could change one thing it would be to make it so I didn't react to it.

Q7. If it came up in conversation, would you recommend the products to a friend? If so, why? If not, why not?
I have actually discussed it with friends and recommended it, my friend is using the rest of my bottle and is impressed so may buy it again

Not heard of them before.

Q4. How important are the green credentials of the Naturally Powered range to you? Would this affect your decision to buy? If so, why? If not, why not?
I ink green is becoming more important to everyone and knowing it wasn't full of "nasties" is good re cleaning round my young children but if honest price dictates my purchases more than green credentials these days.

Maybe, I certainly wouldn't discount it immediately.

The only comment I have is that on my bottle the lid leaked so my hand got some on it every time I sprayed it. Though that may well have happened in transit.

Q7. If it came up in conversation, would you recommend the products to a friend? If so, why? If not, why not?
Probably but have to say its not a subject I'd normally discuss.

What was your opinion of the Naturally Powered products before using them?
i didnt really have one, but was not expecting much! Being naturally powered, i was not expecting it to kill so many germs!

Q2. After using the products, what was your over all opinion? Did the products work? Were you happy with the performance? Did you like the smell and feel of the products?
I was not expecting such a pleasant smell and for the product to work so well as it did on my DD highchair. The performance of it is good. The smell lasts for a while so it makes you feel like you have been cleaning.
I also sprayed this over my floor and used a wet mop to wipe it off (yep ? ultimate laziness) and it cleaned very well.

Q3. How did the products compare to your usual cleaning products? Did it work just as well, better or worse than the products you usually use?
This was comparable to my usual cleaning products.

Q4. How important are the green credentials of the Naturally Powered range to you? Would this affect your decision to buy? If so, why? If not, why not?
Green credentials are important to me, but unfortunately price is more crucial at the moment. if this was the same price, cheaper, or on offer then I would buy it.
Q5. Will you continue to buy the Tesco Naturally Powered range? If so, why? If not why not?
Yes, if it is on offer/comparable price.
Q6. What, if any, improvements would you make to the Naturally Powered products you were testing?
I cannot think of any improvements. The packaging is nice and clear.

Q7. If it came up in conversation, would you recommend the products to a friend? If so, why? If not, why not?
Yes ? it cleans well and smells lovely.
