Warburtons have launched two new products - Square(ish) Wraps and Sandwich Thins and they're looking for 30 Mumsnetters to sign up to try them and come up with some [hopefully!] exciting recipes. Here's what Warburtons say about the two products:

"We've created Square(ish) Wraps and Sandwich Thins - top, roll or fold our Square(ish) Wraps with your favourite hot or cold fillings to create tasty lunchtime options or quick and easy suppers to keep the whole family happy. Warburtons Sandwich Thins are the new 'skinny' bread on the block and can be topped, filled or toasted with whatever takes your fancy. With 100 calories per Thin, they are ideal as a light lunchtime option."

For more information about the products, including nutritional and allergy information, please click here.

Warburtons would like testers to come up with recipes using the products, post them on a feedback thread on Mumsnet and then email us photos of your creations for possible use on the Warburtons page on Mumsnet (coming soon!). Selected testers will be sent a hamper containing the two products, shopping vouchers to buy ingredients for their recipes and a few other goodies.

The best recipes will then be chosen to feature on the Warburtons page on Mumsnet and all those who submit a recipe and photo will be entered into a competition to win an adventure weekend at a UK theme park for their family. All testers who put a recipe on the thread (as well as any other feedback they want to give about the products) will also be entered into a prize draw to win a £150 voucher for M&S.

This product test is open to all UK Mumsnetters who are available to take part in the next couple of weeks. If you are selected for this project, the hampers will be sent out next week and we'd like testers to use the product and tell us about their recipes in the next week or two.

If you are interested in taking part please sign up here.

Thanks

Me.

whomovedmychocolate · 05/03/2011 20:56

Yes I thought that LowReg Wink - but I guess it saves cutting the bleeding crusts off for fussy children, so I'm willing to give it a go. TBH I'm more impressed by the idea of square wraps, round wraps just don't make sense to me.

SunshineOnARainyDay · 05/03/2011 21:01

Done!

This sounds a perfect idea to me. Low in calories to appeal to Mum and teenage daughter, yet fun and different for younger picky daughter. I am always looking for new inspiration for lunch boxes as I like to be quite adventurous with them. please sign me up.

LetsgoflyaBlatherskite · 06/03/2011 14:55

Have just been ordering bits for almost 4 year old DS's 2nd ever pre school packed lunch. He's not keen on sandwiches so it's been a nightmare. We could really do with some alternatives so I hope we get to try the wraps and sandwich thins

pigtails21 · 06/03/2011 16:09

I've just submitted my application. This looks fun. I'm lucky that my DD eats anything and everything, but it's still really important for us to alway vary our diets, so I'm always on the look out for new ideas, and trying to be as creative as possible.

isladavidson · 06/03/2011 17:16
