Just thought I'd better start a new thread for those of you who would like to see updates before the old one is totally full.

All still good here! I've been a bit low on iron but the tablets REALLY don't agree with me. So I've started just taking one in the morning with orange juice, and having a spoonful of Floridix in the afternoon and making an effort to eat spinach and red meat.
I've been feeling baby OMG moving around a lot more now he's getting bigger and stronger, which is lovely although slightly alarming at times!

We've probably got a maximum of 7 weeks to go now as I understand the drs are not keen for older mums to go much over 39 weeks. Eeeek.
Will keep you all posted.

I have just spent an age catching up with your whole pregnancy saga how exciting to arrive right at the point you’re about to give birth.

I also didn’t think I could get pregnant due to medical conditions and had been told I’d probably need help. 3 months after my 40th I fell pregnant… by accident. She was early but is fine now 20 months old and ….. at 42 I’m now 6 weeks from having an elective c section for my second 😳

Us 40 year olds shouldn’t always be written off eh! 🤭
