I've put privacy film on the front room windows and he can't watch the world go by any more. He's sulking.

@QueenPaw

He didn't approve of the food selection. This is not my cat
yes he is!!!!! Grin
toffeebutterpopcorn · 06/04/2021 14:21

Oh no, a cat is never yours... it’s quite the reverse (you are the cat slave)

Preservethewood · 06/04/2021 14:24

I’ve needed to reclaim my office chair to, well, you know, work to earn pennies to buy dreamies

ememem84 · 06/04/2021 14:36

When I get home from the office today catface will be most vocal and annoyed that yet again she’s been left with dh for company. She prefers when i wfh so she can supervise me and interrupt my video calls.

She will follow me round the house moaning all evening until I settle in bed and she can sleep next to me on the pillow.

My cat has become electrified! I think it must be the cold dry weather. Whenever I try to stroke her I get a shock and she dashes off in high dudgeon.

SakuraEdenSwan1 · 07/04/2021 07:49

@LovelaceBiggWither

Mine brought me a baby snake and was most surprised that I took the snake outside.

He's still looking for the snake 2 weeks later.

A baby snake!Shock

We changed the clocks her last weekend for Daylight Saving (not in the UK) so Boycat now has to wait a whole extra hour in the morning before I get up, feed him, and let him out.

He decided this morning to express his annoyance that I wasn't getting up, by howling at me and then shredding a toilet roll in the ensuite.

Fluffycloudland77 · 07/04/2021 12:50

That’s actually the correct response, he’s read the manual.

trevthecat · 07/04/2021 12:57

I put the blinds down in our bedroom so I could sleep

QueenPaw · 07/04/2021 13:29

Wouldn't let him charge his phone to go on Catsnet

I got to the swing seat first. So he glared at me from under the apple tree for 2 hours.

coastergirl · 07/04/2021 23:22

He was curled up in a ball, fast asleep on the sofa next to me. I realised his flea tree was overdue. Did said treatment. He's now moved to the other sofa. He never sits there! Oops.

OMG, this happens fairly often here!

The way FCat looks at me/runs off, I’m sure he thinks I’m trying to create Frankenstein’s monster when I stroke him 🧟‍♂️

JorisBonson · 08/04/2021 06:41

Boy cat failed to catch his nightly mouse, and his attitude towards me suggests that it is my fault.

Cowbells · 08/04/2021 08:04

Nothing. He is currently draped on my left arm as I type, purring his head off. [preens]

Cowbells · 08/04/2021 08:04

It won't last of course but thought I'd get in and mention it while it does.

Cowbells · 08/04/2021 08:05

He's just stopped purring. He despises me posting about him on social media.

MidnightMeltdown · 09/04/2021 10:23

I tried to cut a small clinker from my cats fluffy bottom hair. Anyone would think she'd been assaulted from the way she responded.

TheLongRider · 09/04/2021 10:34

I wouldn't let him splash water in the sink. He's huffed off to birdwatch in the garden.

hilariousnamehere · 09/04/2021 11:23

Pulled a piece of stubborn stuck poo off her butt before I gave them both their second breakfasts. Appalling behaviour 😂

Toddlerteaplease · 10/04/2021 04:40

Cheddar was sitting on my chest and neck, when my friend texted something that made me laugh out loud. I dropped the iPad and startled Cheddar so she ran off. I was actually sad as I was enjoying wearing her as a scarfs

AdifferentGoat · 10/04/2021 04:50

He's yodeling outside the bedroom balcony because I won't let him commit suicide today. He's a bit simple.

ILikeTheWineNotTheLabel · 10/04/2021 05:16

Not enough Scrumbles in his dish this morning.

Papergirl1968 · 10/04/2021 21:26

Two meals between 11am and 12.45 wasn't enough so he was forced to tear open a packet of bread rolls and eat about half of one. Poor starving Matt. Hmm

Happyface120 · 10/04/2021 21:34

I had the gall to buy a new sofa. It's obviously vastly inferior to the last one, so he needs to sit on the armchair looking sad, with an occasional pained miaow. I only had to replace thw last one because he'd scratched it so badly Hmm
