Next door's -thug- cat

[Grumpyoldpersonwithcats]

Has started coming in our house and stealing cat food.
Our cats dislike him. (understatement...)
Once he's in it's a problem removing him because he growls, hisses and then attacks us (launches at our legs etc).
He spends an inordinate amount of time in our garden or staring in through the French windows. Any suggestion how to gently discourage him? I have no intention of having outside doors shut for the whole summer.

That picture at 1200. Look at him, I mean look at how neatly his paws are arranged, the perfectly groomed whiskers. And oh, the face. That beautiful face!

He seems very manly to me. I'm suprised he's been neutered. He has a masculine quality to his antics. I think we'd want him in the trenches with us.

He's been rather quiet lately ...

Thug Cat is out on the boat somewhere, I'm telling you the house was just phase 1.

I imagine TC as a bold privateer rum runner a la Poldark. If only he had a loving village to return to.

I am a big TC fan but really all the disturbing staring from different places is all a bit Hammer Horror for me

TC has been a bit quiet recently (still stares through the French doors though).
Saw him yesterday in his native habitat - I.e. actually in NDN's house.

Oh he’s back.

And this morning on NDN's car.
I may be wrong - but I think that TC is getting fat .

Fat, no hes just big boned. And putting on a little winter blubber. Just wait until you get the heating on - he'll be back to pressing his face up to the window.

It’s his winter fur coming through. Mine will look like an over stuffed teddy bear soon.

NDN is obviously trying to lure him back home with treats and TC is lulling them into a false sense of security by playing along .

Yes , he is getting a bit tubby . I've noticed our two have doubled their coats overnight too.

Just found this thread, and I now think my black rescue has some Bengal in her! What annoys me the most is that she's so sweet with guests, letting herself be petted and complimented, but clearly she knows I love her too much to actually be angry when she bites me, so she does it with all her might: wraps her arms around mine while she is biting it, and kicks it away from her for extra pain. The photo is her on the neighbour's door - she owns that place.

TC is not fat! He's curvy, or as I used to describe my old chubby lazy girl - voluptuous

I reckon it's all muscle. He's building himself up in preparation for the invasion.
