It will be the second Royal Wedding of the year for the Playmobil people in our house...

Tomorrow Princess Juliet will be marrying Mr Peregrine Banksbrook. The ceremony will take place at Ruggington Cathedral because let's face it we don't have any other Playmobil churches and will be conducted by the Archbishop of Ruggington, assisted by the Dean of Lowbeach-on-Sea, with an address given by the Bishop of Highbath, the Right Reverend Balthazar Browne.

The ceremony will be followed by a carriage procession, and a reception in the grounds of Roundwood palace.

In Ruggington, the streets are being cleaned ready for tomorrow.

Royal nanny Bryony looks after Prince Flavian for a while, so that the Duke and Duchess of Ruggington can spend some time with the Duke and Duchess of Waterbury

Pastry chef Janet Park has made a beautiful cake!

Quite difficult to photograph a first kiss, hants! Had to make do with the first dance.

This is hilarious! It’s a bonkers world we live in and then there’s this. A special kind of joy being spread through the medium of a playmobil royal wedding 😂

I think they all enjoyed it! I have packed them all away now, but am missing having them out for making scenes. Except Norm and mates who live permanently out on the shelf in our dining room. And the Funky Boys seem to have settled there too. I did have the drum and bugle band out, but ds's percussion teacher kept knocking them off the shelf and their plumes kept falling out!

Igotta, this is the best sort of bonkers, I think!
