Tomorrow Princess Juliet will be marrying Mr Peregrine Banksbrook. The ceremony will take place at Ruggington Cathedral because let's face it we don't have any other Playmobil churches and will be conducted by the Archbishop of Ruggington, assisted by the Dean of Lowbeach-on-Sea, with an address given by the Bishop of Highbath, the Right Reverend Balthazar Browne.

The ceremony will be followed by a carriage procession, and a reception in the grounds of Roundwood palace.

In Ruggington, the streets are being cleaned ready for tomorrow.

The nearest port is Ruggington Docks!

No hen do shots I'm afraid why didn't I think of that? but there will be plenty of photos of the wedding, procession and reception. Unfortunately I have taken far too many again, so will have to post them over several days, as can only do 30 per day...

Can we expect the full range of politicians or is it is "quiet and intimate" friends and family do?

Jakethecob · 11/10/2018 16:40

Taking my position at the front of the barricades.

chocolate, your ferry looks just the same as the one the Duke and Duchess of Waterbury took for their honeymoon in May!

olds, nice fascinator!

LIZS, this wedding won't be a state occasion unlike the previous one, so it will be mainly family and friends rather than including foreign heads of state and politicians, although Prime Minister Norman the Foreman will be attending as a personal friend of the Banksbrook family. There will be some celebs there too.

The best man will be the bridegroom's brother Mr Rupert Banksbrook. The bridesmaids will be Princess Juliet's three close friends Mae-Lin, Frederica and Rosina, with flower girls Princess Madeline and Princess Helena (her nieces) and page boy Prince Cornelius (her nephew).

The bride will be given away by her father, King Athelstan.

Yellow, I'd suggest just outside the Bank of Ruggington next to Brendan would be a good place - he always has a great view! Wink

I will be there. I have looked out my tartan blanket and will get the cucumber sandwiches made soon for optimal sogginess.

SoMuchToBits · 11/10/2018 18:07

Don't forget the flask of tea! Wink Or will it be a bottle of bubbly and some plastic glasses?

I'm still sulking that DS 28 didn't do a Lego version of the last Royal Wedding! 😠 DD 11 said she would, but she doesn't have enough Lego. Tomorrow I might ask the school caretaker, another Adult Fan Of Lego, if he'll do it. 😆

ApolloandDaphne · 11/10/2018 18:18

Flask of tea i think. It will be cold.

EarlyModernParent · 11/10/2018 18:20

Philomena, I hope you've got lots of the sinister Lego City police to do the security...

SoMuchToBits · 11/10/2018 18:23

The Playmo police have some scary uniforms and all carry guns, but they still all smile cheerfully throughout every situation! Grin

PhilomenaButterfly · 11/10/2018 18:24

No, we haven't got any sinister Lego City police. We have got Batman. He's fairly sinister.

MargaretDribble · 11/10/2018 18:28

Have you got a Primary school harvest festival planned for the step auntie of the bride to attend?

MrsTommyBanks · 11/10/2018 18:29

Ooooh I love these threads. Thank you @SoMuchToBits

SoMuchToBits · 11/10/2018 18:31

Haha, no! The bride's Uncle Redwald and Aunt Ethel and Aunt Alfreda and Uncle Osric will all be attending. She doesn't have any step aunts/uncles.
