I don't know if this is the right thing to do, and I'm so sorry if not.

catthiefkeith passed away today.

I know there are mumsnetters who know her know how amazing she is, and I just wanted to raise a glass to her memory on here, where she brought a smile to so many faces with her stories of her mad life.

Rest in peace lovely lady.

This is so awful. Cat was such a well known poster, an amazing story teller too. It's tragic for her family. Raising a to her tonight and for her family.

She made me laugh many times on mumsnet. I'm so sorry to hear this. My condolences to her family and friends.

@slithytove I'm sure everyone here is grateful that you posted. I am, I didn't know your friend other than online here, but am shocked and saddened by this tragedy . My heart breaks for her DH and DD.

I'm just thinking, her daughter is very young, only around 6?

Sorry if this is insensitive but for those that knew her in real life, maybe you could go through some of her posts about some of her funnier stories, not the personal private life ones and print them off for her daughter to read when she's older?

Poor CTK and her family and friends. Maybe, in time, we can share some of her brilliant threads again? Not now, but later to remember her amazing wit, humour and generosity. Not that she'll be forgotten ❤
