For my 15 and 16 year old sons?
(If not a very healthy one but that's not my question Grin)

Ham and cheese salad sandwich, a frube and a wafer bar.

I am doing the next 2 weeks packed lunches for the freezer and this is being hotly contested in my house right now Grin

Btw I only clicked on this thread wondering what on earth people could have talked about for so long involving a sandwich, a frube and a wafer!

Read quite a lot of it but not all I'm afraid.

NoIsNotACompleteSentence · 10/06/2015 08:15

Morelikeguidelines, it stands for "bastarding twatting" naturally,

RTFBTT (Read The Fucking Bastard Twatting Thread)

oh the irony

NoIsNotACompleteSentence · 10/06/2015 08:16

Owwww!

Please stop!

I must step away for the sake of my ribs...

Cooroo · 10/06/2015 08:51

Thank god I'm off work today. Read entire bastard thread and fell in love with Fenella many pages ago. No idea how much boys eat, but I have enjoyed the hysteria!

DownWithThisTypeOfThing · 10/06/2015 09:10

That's all very well Cooroo but the OP still hasn't explained why she makes their lunches.

BitOutOfPractice · 10/06/2015 09:17

I think I might die of irony after reading someone asking the BT stands for in RTFBTT

Just RTFBTT!

This thread just keeps on giving!

FenellaFellorick · 10/06/2015 09:19

I'm not telling, Down. You'll never drag it out of me. My lips are sealed. Wild horses couldn't drag it out of me. No torture could break me. I remain silent on the issue.

ahbollocks · 10/06/2015 09:45

My son almost 9 takes 1 large bap with ham, cheese and salad.
A pot of full fat natural yoghurt.
A pot of mixed berries.
A boiled egg.
1 treat thing - either homemade cake, malt loaf, packet of crisps

All together now!

And a paaartriiidge in a pear treeeeee

Grin
BeccaMumsnet · 10/06/2015 10:11

Hullo - there's a lot of love for this thread, and we can see why Grin

Fenella are you happy for us to move this over to Classics?

FenellaFellorick · 10/06/2015 10:22

yeah, sure. Grin

OP posts:
BitOutOfPractice · 10/06/2015 10:24

You're so modest Fenella. Did you scuff the floor with the toe of your shoe, all coy, when you typed that?

BeccaMumsnet · 10/06/2015 10:32

Excellent, thank you! We'll pop it over there now.

FenellaFellorick · 10/06/2015 10:38

Grin bof, it's like you're right here.

NotCitrus · 10/06/2015 11:01

So glad someone else asked what the BT in RTBTFT stood for so I didn't have to RTBTFT!

I predict similar issues when my kids are that age. Currently ds is having bread sandwiches for lunch...

FenellaFellorick · 10/06/2015 11:03

bof? Why did I call you bof?

Not reading the thread is bad enough. Not reading the username is taking the piss!

Teenagers have hollow legs, they are always hungry, they need four hourly feeds, they are worse than babies, so in a word No, not enough!

brickiemum2 · 12/06/2015 18:34

So firstly I thought...sandwiches, in classics??? Which led me to RTFBTT. I'm literally howling, how long can this thread keep on giving? Fenella I salute you...a true masterclass in keeping your fucking cool. When people are winding me up I shall think of you Flowers

blueBooby · 13/06/2015 23:34

I had to run downstairs half way through reading this and make myself a sandwich (ok - 2 sandwiches).

BitOutOfPractice · 14/06/2015 03:42

Fenella, I answer to anything. BOF, BOOP, anything.

VenusAsAChild · 17/06/2015 09:03

Haven't read the full thread but where is the logic in a big white bread roll bap thing and a 'no wheat' biscuit?

PausingFlatly · 17/06/2015 09:07
SquigglyLine · 17/06/2015 09:14

hahaha at Venus!

BitOutOfPractice · 17/06/2015 10:04

Venus. I suggest reading the thread might be

A. Useful
B. Interesting
C. Entertaining
D. Amusing
E. Save you making a prat of yourself

Scoopmuckdizzy · 17/06/2015 11:13

I have RTBFTT and I think YANBU.

Actually this has made my morning.
