Just spotted this on the M&S site. It's rather fugly but for fifty pence....

Got to be a mistake? Tempted to buy one and sell it on eBay .

I agree, its the idiots who order loads that make it less likely to become reality.

I genuinely want this for my dad, he has a second hand suit which he bought from a charity shop in 2001. He could do with a brand new chair.

Bwahahaha!!! DH just sent me an email to say a bloke at work bought 4 of the armchairs because they were buy 1 get 1 free - I told him to sign the petition.

I did order one as well out of sheer curiosity! Have confirmation email but no decline or dispatch email.... yet!

My order of 2 is still saying 'dispatching soon' and they've reserved the £1 in my account. Was expecting an email by now cancelling. Looking forward to finding out how they decide to deal with this!

I think with the right accessories and decor you could perhaps get away with the fugly recliner becoming a contemporary focus of a modern living space. Kath k meets thora hird type vibe going on? Perhaps? Hopefully anyway.

If not then at least they will make a comfortable bfing chair.

Its dd's birthday and she's having 3 friends to sleepover so the 2 chairs would have been perfect to use for 2 of the dc's although i dare say there would be fallings out as they fought over them
Or could have used them for musical chairs or musical recliners
Instead of singing 'get down on it' could be 'sit down on it'
Whilst doing the hokey cokey they could sit on the chairs and sing
'Put your recliner footrest in,footrest out,in out,in out recline it all the way down'
goes back to cleaning as getting a tad carried away

I'm at the difficult (fucking hard) 3 week growth spurt with my lo. The thought of the chair and being able to prop us up in that with a little table at the side with drinks and cakes is keeping me going. If my nipples last until the chair comes at least I can bf in comfort and without sliding about and squeaking on the bastard leather sofa.

Just hope it fits through the door!
