Great big effing boil on my neck! Help!

I've NEVER had a boil, ever, and now, 4 days after I go from long hair to a short bob, I've got something that looks like another nipple. It HURTS! I've put metanium on it and it's coming up to a point but there's no head on it. I don't feel too well either but that might be unrelated.

What should I do?! Help!

Am fine! Went out for dinner with brother and parents, ignored it, it gave up its attention seeking nonsense and HAS POPPED!

Am in the bathroom right this minute mopping up pustard and wondering what to do!

I love a good spot, way more than is normal, but this makes me do a bit of sick in my mouth! Tell you what though, I feel bloody tons better.

I think you should cover it to prevent further infection. Maybe with some of that gauze stuff (helpful medical description) so it can breathe.

Photos would be horrible, dirty, disgusting and wrong.

Phew! I'm so glad it's on the dwindle! The way it was going on, it was about to start making cupcakes for the church sale!

I say it's popped but it's an oooozer. The Eye of Mordor is still there, glaring defiantly but I think I've defeated the guards. It's all much much more localised, the redness is confined to about the size of a quail's egg (or chicken nugget, and it's steadily weeping green and red streaked gloop.

It's got a thick coating of fucidin, and a clean muslin neckerchief over it. I reckon there's a good few more ml to be had in the morning.

Honeyandsalt, it's had a few names but Cyst Fabregas has got to be the central head. The other heads are variously named, including Kath Kidston.
